Highway Police - Buy police beacon (costs 5000$) I don't have your time - Buy nitro (costs 5000$) Stutututu - Buy turbo (costs 5000$) Neon Car - Buy neon wheels (costs 1000$ one set of wheels is enough to get the achievement) 80s Color Please - Buy a new paint (costs 2500$ one paint is enough to get the achievement) Pretty simple - buy the cars, I suggest buying them after you get 80s Kid, 80s Teen, 80s Adult, 80s Boss achievements, or at least some of them.
