This achievement can be done starting on Day 2, after Bob Tawny has fixed the locked journal acquired from the Antiques shop and Nigel has thoroughly investigated all the pictures/read the contents inside the journal at Harbour Cottage. I've circled in red all 10 plants needed for this achievement. If you got all 10 plants and the achievement didn't pop up (especially if you're trying for this achievement after helping Katherine make her stew), return to the Karswells' kitchen and examine the cauldron, if needed. If you show this to Nanny Noah, she specifically identifies it as a moon daisy. The Hedgerow Balm can be found in the hedge in front of the Karswell house. It is a required ingredient for Katherine's stew, however you can only acquire it once you've examined the picture of the plant in the Karswells' bedroom upstairs.
