WARNING! THIS GUIDE IS VERY HEAVY IN SPOILERS! Browse at your own risk! I've not found a 100% guide yet so I'm taking what I've found and compiling it into one guide for convenience. I've never done a guide before but I really think this game deserves a good one! If you've any tips/critique to clean up or make what I've got so far more potent I'd be very grateful, thanks!! I claim no rights to any of the videos or images shown Anything that will at one point be touched upon if you're doing a full playthrough ⚔═A Stick!══════════════════════════════⚔ Upon start of the game, after going forward you will see stairs in front of you and a lit up door to the left. Enter the door and you will find a chest that contains a stick. Upon receiving the stick, the achievement will unlock. ⚔═A Sword!═════════════════════════════⚔ Can be acquired by following the signs pointing East towards the "Hero's Grave". At the grave you will find a lone sword, pick this up to acquire this achievement. ⚔═What just happened?═════════════════════⚔ Hopefully this achievement is harder for you than it was for me. Upon your first death you will wake up in spirit form, follow the only path available towards a recurring character to unlock this achievement. ⚔═Ding!═══════════════════════════════⚔ Can be found after completion of "Guard House 1" which you will find closely located to the area where you obtained the sword in the east forest. After clearing, continue along to find a golden pillar tuner bell which you will need to swing at to ring. ⚔═Dong!══════════════════════════════⚔ You will receive this after following along the west side path eventually leading you to the underground waterway(under the well). Afterwards make your way through the docks area and you will fight a new enemy at the top, you will have the opportunity to ring this next bell after defeating it. ⚔═You hear a strange hum═══════════════════⚔ Your first chance to obtain this achievement is while you're near the end of the underground waterway(under the well). Follow the rune embedded in the floor which will take you outside and if you continue the path, to the room where you get the lantern. On your way to the top of the inner rune pillar where you obtain the lantern. Upon walking up to rune, hold your roll button down for 3 seconds to begin praying. Charge this pillar with your prayer to activate it and pop this achievement. ⚔═Deep In the Forest══════════════════════⚔ Can be obtained after defeating the "Siege Engine" in the Eastern Vault Fortress, located deep in the forest. ⚔═At The Root of The World══════════════════⚔ Can be obtained after defeating the "Scavenger Boss" at the end of the Rooted Ziggurat, found inside of the Quarry. ⚔═High Above the Clouds═══════════════════⚔ Can be obtained after defeating the "Librarian" inside of the Library, found after completing the Ruined Atoll area. ⚔═What now?══════════════════════════⚔ Obtained after defeating the 3 gem bosses, bringing their gems to the Sacred Temple and inserting them in the three slots slots of the sealing mechanism. ⚔═You feel a tingling...═════════════════════⚔ Obtained after being trapped in spirit form and completing the statue fights at the end of the Cathedral and obtaining your halo/dash ability there. ⚔═Your body is restored.════════════════════⚔ Obtained after obtaining the Purple Halo, you must visit all six Hero Shrines around the world and pray in front of them to obtain the item inside of them to restore your stats. Doing all six shrines will restore your body and give you the achievement. All 6 are obtainable during nighttime and once you have gotten them all, it is possible to revert the time back to daytime by sleeping in a bed. This may not be touched upon in your playthrough but if you would like the true ending you will need to touch in on this. ⚔═Game Over══════════════════════════⚔ Obtained by defeating the final boss (The Heir) without obtaining all pages of the Instructions Booklet leading you to the bad end. You can still go back to 100% the game after being given the "Game Over" ending, starting you before the final fight. The same cannot be said after getting the true ending(Collect all pages and visiting the heir), you will be forced into a New Game +. ⚔═Thank you for playing!══════════════════⚔ Unlocked by finding and obtaining all pages to the Instructions Booklet. TUNIC Manual Page Guide [www.ggrecon.com] Page Location These are not missable in the sense you cannot go back and acquire them, only missable in a sense it's possible to complete the game without obtaining them. The only exceptions being Too cute to smash and Bring it to the wrong fight , which can be entirely missed from your playthrough. ⚔═Bring it to the wrong fight═══════════════════⚔ !MISSABLE! Obtained by obtaining the firearm before the sword. You will have to navigate through a lot of area with nothing but your stick. It can be aggravating and challenging however this is an achievement you can go for right away so you can always start a new file if you don't want to go for this one right away. Video guide: ⚔═Too Cute To Smash════════════════════⚔ !MISSABLE! Obtained by having 10 money banks on their person at once. Do NOT use/destroy any of them or the achievement will be missed for that playthrough. Can additionally be obtained after completion of the game and beginning New Game + carrying over all your items. Then you'll only need to collect however many you're missing with a fully restocked map. ⚔═It uses stamina═══════════════════════⚔ Obtained by performing a properly executed special technique. (Use your sword and roll button at the same time to perform a lunge after roll on an enemy) ⚔═Lawnmower═════════════════════════⚔ Obtained by cutting down 1000 pieces of grass with your sword. You should be able to unlock this achievement in a normal playthrough unless you're doing a stick only playthrough. ⚔═Your gift is accepted════════════════════⚔ Obtained by offering an upgrade component. You can get this at any fox shrine by opening your inventory within rest distance of the shrine and burning the components located in the lower right hand corner of your screen. (Gold needed for upgrade) ⚔═Your pocket feels heavier...════════════════⚔ Obtained by using 10 of any Bombs and resting at a fox shrine. Doing so will give you a bonus amount of that type of bomb that will return to you every time you rest at a shrine. ⚔═Nothing happened...════════════════════⚔ Obtained by tossing a coin in the well. Must first obtain a golden token either through a chest or offering up 999 coins to the shopkeeper. From there you must find a well where you can equip the token and toss it in the well. ⚔═Well done!══════════════════════════⚔ Obtained by offering 15 golden tokens to wells. Does not have to be the same well and does not have to be all at once however. It must be all in one playthrough, coins already in well are not carried over in New Game +. ⚔═Whoops═══════════════════════════⚔ Obtained by Freezing yourself. Drop an ice bomb at your feet to freeze yourself and obtain this achievement. ⚔═I'm free!═══════════════════════════⚔ Obtained by Freeing at least one of the 20 lost fairies in the game. There are 20 fairies in total, all needed for the separate "Spring Falls" achievement. If you would like to acquire only this achievement easily, I recommend starting with fairy #2 or #12 which you can find in the second half of this guide. ⚔═All 20 Fairy Locations══════════════════⚔ 1 Fairy = "I'm free!" achievement 10 Fairies = Page 54+55 of the Manual 20 Fairies = the "Spring falls" secret treasure 1.) In the direction towards the Forest Fortress, you should see a cross path. Look for a purple flower surrounded by white ones and once there use your D-PAD to create a trail between the flowers Up - Left - Down
