Damage and healing will be the biggest bottlenecks. Money is fine since you're only buying 7 furniture. One way to accomplish both that you can do at the beginning of the game is with the Tabled Cloth. It always crits but limits the damage to ~2. However, putting a Computer on it applies a +4 damage modifier after the limit is applied but before it can crit, making this an immediate 18 dmg weapon with 2 items. Then the exercise ball gives a point of healing every crit, so these 3 furniture already provide strong healing and damage, and while doable I did die on the final boss on my first attempt. The rest of my build was some more damage and healing. My mistake in my run was that I placed the boss item. Max health is nice but this goes towards the 7 item count so it's better to refund it. Also, don't make the mistake of placing the final boss item, you don't need it to win and worst case it ruins your run because you already had 7 and forgot.
