Chain Taunting

Taunting is what you can do when your fighter is in a tile next to a zombie occupied tile. By spending one stamina you can force the zombie to attack you without you having to move into its territory. There are several reasons to do this: In order to gain strength from being in your own territory. To pull the zombies away from other zombie tiles in order to avoid them supporting the zombies being attacked To avoid waking up lots of zombie tiles To weaken an infested tile, thus allowing you to cleanse it more easily. A chain taunt is when you want to move a zombie group more than one tile from its position. It allows you to work across the map without requiring to extend territory, or to help strengthen your troops using your own territory a long way from the zombies. it can also be used in situations where there are large clusters of tiles with zombies and you can not separate them with a single taunt. I has three steps: 1. Taunt 2. move to next tile 3. Taunt again Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you get to your target fighting tile. If well timed then the second taunt may not even be necessary, as zombies will sometimes follow automatically. This becomes more of a kite system in this case. optimally you want to kite to avoid using stamina, but secondary taunting is a safe back up. As mentioned in the last section, this is reasonably basic, however here is a step by step guide using an example shown here: As you can see, the fighter is in the wild and has no support, but there is a territory just behind them. In this situation they taunt (the button bottom right when selecting fighter tile, costing 1 stamina) to get the zombies to follow. Here the zombies are moving and the player quickly moves the fighter to the player territory. The zombies will either follow, or will require a second taunt. The player has successfully got the zombies to the home turf, using the support from the citizens there the zombies are quickly killed. --- Источник: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3511901359
