Just a basic guide for editing the JSON files for modding. As said this is basic, but it opens a rabbit hole to explore so be prepared – Before you edit anything back up the original file. You will need to use your favorite JSON Editor or text editor, I suggest Notepad ++ The first few JSON Files are located in :\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhounds\Warhounds_Data\StreamingAssets\Configs\Modules ActionPointsModuceConfig.Json – changing the DefaultCharacter action points appears to adjust your mercenaries. Search for the section below "DefaultCharacter": { "actionPoints": 2 ItemModuleConfig.Json – this contains the configuration for many of the useable items. I focused on the various armors and adjusted them. Instead of searching for the armor names, I searched for items that were useable by our mercs. To find items your Mercs can use search for: "availableCharacterClass": [ "Newbie", "Assault", "Operator", "Support", "Grenadier", "Sniper", "Assault_Shilo", "Assault_Shaman", "Assault_Brodyaga", "Assault_Fay", "Operator_Strela", "Operator_Umka", "Operator_Chapai", "Support_Simba", "Support_Diesel", "Support_Ifrit", "Grenadier_Debut", "Grenadier_Chuma", "Grenadier_Snegovik", "Sniper_Grif", "Sniper_Blizzard", "Sniper_Sunny", "Sniper_Julia" ], WeaponModuleConfig.Json – you guessed it, this contains the configuration for the weapons. Here I would recommend you look it over and search for the various weapon names to find the targets you want to adjust. An area of note here, is the “availableCharacterClass” section. You can adjust this on any weapon, making it useable by any class you want. As an example, replacing the list of classes with the following will make the weapon useable by all of your mercs: "Newbie", "Assault", "Operator", "Support", "Grenadier", "Sniper", "Assault_Shilo", "Assault_Shaman", "Assault_Brodyaga", "Assault_Fay", "Operator_Strela", "Operator_Umka", "Operator_Chapai", "Support_Simba", "Support_Diesel", "Support_Ifrit", "Grenadier_Debut", "Grenadier_Chuma", "Grenadier_Snegovik", "Sniper_Grif", "Sniper_Blizzard", "Sniper_Sunny", "Sniper_Julia" Some other files to explore… The CharacterGeneration.Json is located in: :\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhounds\Warhounds_Data\StreamingAssets\Configs\ The CharactersShop.Json can be adjusted to change when Experienced and Veteran mers are available (as an example). It is also located in :\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhounds\Warhounds_Data\StreamingAssets\Configs\ The DaamatPowerConfig.Json appears to let you change the power progression of Daamat. I have not been able to test adjustments on this file yet The Save Game Files are located in your \AppData\LocalLow\EverPlay\Warhounds\Save\SaveData You can open the MDB files there using Notepad ++ (same as JSON files). If you search for "characters": { you can find the section that contains your team. In this section you will find your team listed by their name and or as a team designation ("spartan_1") , with their stats (which can be edited) similar to this: "exp": 240, "maxExp": 60, "metaInfoIdent": "shiloCharacter", "replicaIdent": "shiloCharacter", "genderType": "Male", "arriveTimeDays": 1, "property": { "DefaultHitPoints": 5, "BaseProtectionValue": 10, "Mobility": 9, "Accuracy": 75, "CriticalDamageChance": 10, "FieldOfView": 17, "FieldOfDetection": 17, "IncapacitationTurnBeforeDie": 5, "MeleeFactor": 20, "MovementType": 0 If you are not sure which team designation you are looking for, search for their stat. --- Источник: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3783290753
