Mission Walkthroughs, No Upgrades/Items/Killing

These videos show how you can complete any given level without using any items besides the starting pistol, buying any upgrades, or directly killing anyone. Of course, you can use any of those things in combination with the methods shown in these videos to make the process much easier. Even basic Cloak with no upgrades will provide massive convenience. Please note that due to NPCs frequently killing themselves (on Gasworks and Desert in particular) and this contributing to the player's kill count, I've interpreted "no killing" as not directly causing the death of any NPC. Finishing the game with a People Killed stat of zero is a different and far more difficult task. This is not a completionist walkthrough, nor do I necessarily pick the most efficient or effective strategy towards beating every level, but I figured it'd be good to have some manner of walkthrough out in case anyone gets stuck.
