GameHub is a free program that lets you run windows games on the mac, supporting many different methods of translation including apples Game Porting ToolKit (GPTK) On your Mac, visit https://www.gamemac.com/en , click the white download button at the top of the page, and install the app as you would any other by opening the disk image and dragging the app into your Apps folder. Next open GameHub. You will need to create a GameHub account in order to play games. In the bottom left of the app, click on the profile button, and press 'log in'. Create an account here. Once installed, a new tab will show up on the left hand side of the app, called Library. Open this tab. In this tab, you will need to link either the Steam or Epic Games account you used to purchase Gallipoli. If you worry about this step, you can turn on Multi-Factor Authentication, or Steam Guard, on your account before logging in. Once logged in you should see all of the games in your library. Navigate to Gallipoli and download the game. Before you play you will need to change some configuration settings to ensure the right translation is being used. Click on the 3 dots button next to the play button on the game page, then click on Game Settings Once you are in this menu, go through each of the tabs on the left hand side and copy the settings in the screenshots below. I will also write out the main settings in text, in case you cannot load images. cloud saves: on compatibility layer: wine-proton_10.0 sync mode: Msync skip audio/video decode: on avx instructions: on switch graphics stack: apple gptk-3.0-3 dlss support: off switch moltenVK: MoltenVK-v1.2.1 If for any reason you need to access the logs generated from crashing, or the player logs to give to devs or moderators, you can access them by following the steps below. In the game settings, accessed in the 3 dots to the right of the play button: Click on the container tab on the left hand side and press the 'Open C Drive' button. This will open the virtual Windows C drive in a new finder window / tab. Navigate to `users > steamuser > AppData > LocalLow > WW1 Game Series > Gallipoli`. Here you will find your player.log and player-prev.log. Please keep in mind that emulation or translation isn't perfect and this isn't 100% guaranteed to work on your system, but it seems to be working great for me and hopefully I can share some of my wisdom with you! This is a free alternative to Crossover which costs a ludicrous amount of money to use. Please do not barrage devs and mods on discord, reddit or steam forums with help regarding translation layers on Mac. This method of play is technically not supported. Please only report in-game bugs or feedback. --- Источник: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3788279869
