First, you're going to need a Panel Van and some 305mm FAE Clusters . Go to the NOSPOL Ammunition Depot map. At the Top Left side of the map, two Panel Vans can spawn. One near the exit, and one in the parking lot above the exit. Ram through the SWAT near the parking lot. Hold SHIFT to fly down the barracks and loot all of the containers you can. Find 305mm FAE Cluster Get out before 5 minutes or you'll need to deal with APCs. There is a map seed that makes only Sprat Vans spawn. If you get one of those, just exit and go back into the NOSPOL Ammunition Depot map. There are exits both above and below the parking lot, the above exit requiring you to be on-foot. Grab a vehicle and head to the Top Right side of the map. Run over or Stomp (Spacebar) 2-3 civillians for enough credits for a Froggy IED and a LAW Shift+Left Click to quickly move the Froggy IED onto your back MNT slot, then buy the LAW and do the same. Extract. Salvage the Panel Van you got from NOSPOL Ammunition Depot . Create a Panel Van (VBIED) through the Fabricator . Place your Froggy IED in the Panel Van (VBIED) passenger seat . ( TAB on the Van, place the Froggy IED in the MNT slot) Equip your LAW to your character if it is not equipped already. Drive your Panel Van (VBIED) to the Vinton Villas map. Avoid being spotted by any AI . If you aren't behind them, they will spot you and ruin your run. Drive to the Far-Right side of the Villas, along the houses to the Top Right side of the map, where you'll see a fuel tank and a Spacer. To the left of the tanker , there are two bushes that block the back of the tank. Drive your Panel Van (VBIED) up to the building nearby, and Stomp the bushes down . Align the Panel Van (VBIED) to the rear of the Spacer Tank, back up until you're a comfortable distance away (I use the lightpole to the North of the tank), and hold SHIFT+E to place a brick on the pedal and speed the Panel Van (VBIED) into the Spacer Tank. Sprint to the left behind the other row of bushes , and press LEFT CONTROL to crouch behind them . Press Q to lock-on to the Spacer Tank , and fire the LAW when the tank's rear is exposed.
