Colonel Mason Pickett (Rusty Dog Tags) Location: Pickett's Folley Make your way to the tower and use the magnetic hook to drop down and find the item. Silvia Herrera (Gold Brooch) Location: Security Installation Once inside, look to the right for the magnetic hook.
