Open Windows Settings . Go to System → Display . Change Scale to 100% . This fixes the issue, but having to change your Windows scaling every time you want to play the game can get annoying very quickly. 1. Locate the game executable You should find it in: Steam\steamapps\common\CaptainTsubasa2WF\CaptainTsubasa2WF\Binaries\Win64 If you don't know how to get there: Open Steam and go to your Library . Find the game in the list on the left. Right-click on the game's name. Select Manage . Click Browse local files . This will open your computer's File Explorer directly in the game's installation folder. 2. Change the High DPI settings Once you are there: Right-click CaptainTsubasa2WF-Win64-Shipping.exe and select Properties . Go to the Compatibility tab. Click Change high DPI settings . Check Override high DPI scaling behavior . Leave Scaling performed by: set to Application . Click OK . Don't forget to click Apply in the Properties window. This solution is more convenient, as you only have to do it once. That's it! You can now launch the game normally.
