This one is pretty easy to find, its just behind you when you spawn Chalices 2-4 are behind that whole spawn building Chalices 5 + 6 are on the left of the big castle building before you enter, along with a health pack One of them is hidden behind the pillar The 7th Chalice is at the top of the little catwalk where that first guy was shooting purple bullets at you Going into that other room you'll find 3 guys shooting at you and a purple guy up at the top area, kill them. Make sure to not hit the button next to that chalice, it triggers if you walk into it on accident. I'd recommend grabbing that one last. then kill the guy at the top of the upper right area, theres a chalice there For these you will need to go from the point where you grabbed the 8th Chalice and jump down into the acid After you jump in you should find the 9th Chalice and a way to some stairs Then go up the stairs and you should find a button that opens the way back into the main room and the 10th + 11th Chalice The 12th Chalice is at the top of the only other room we haven't explored along with 2 other enemies. Kill them and the 12th is in the corner next to the purple shooters corpse. The 13th and last chalice is the one behind the button that covers the way to the 9th - 11th and makes a bridge to the boss.
