All Synthesis Materials and Enemies Guide

The following guide shows you where to find each material used to synthesize in kingdom hearts III. At the end of the guide there's also a section on where to find each enemy. I'm also planning on adding the drop rates of each material at some point. This guide was created using information i found on the internet and some stuff didn't make sense and i can't be bothered to check everything out, so please let me know in the comments if there are any mistakes or if i'm missing anything.
