Check bins in every location before interacting with the main plot otherwise some may be missed. You should find: White Black Yellow Orange Purple Turquoise Pink Again they arent always in the same place so you could open the locker or the same bin and get nothing so just interact with everything and look in literally every bin even if some npc says "the rich have weird hobbies" it doesn't affect anything The white spray paint was found here in the middle by the swings. Later in the game when you play as Kaito you will find the black can in one of the bins. Found in the bin in the centre of the square. Pick the lock to open the gate in this area then behind the bins is the orange can. Found in a bin around the same area. Found in a bin by the letterboxes.
