There are two exe-files into archive. The first one - packbuilder.exe - is original packer/unpacker from BurutCT developers. It has commandline interface. The second one - pbc.exe - is GUI shell for packbuilder, written by me. I'm not sure if it works on modern systems (for me it works on Windows XP and Windows 7). Unpack both exe-files and place them near vfs.dll into game directory (xtend.exe located there too). Then use what you prefer.
