I believe you need to die to Majesty for this to proc, you can find her by popping the clown balloon in the wardrobe and heading into the attic. Survivor Kill your father. Neither kill nor save your family, then win the fight against Daddy at midnight. You Rang? Find the Spirit bell. Reach maximum purity or corruption by saving or killing, then receive the bell from either the ghoulish figure in the basement, or the mud man outside by putting the anvil under him and striking him with lightning. Pure Bring light into the house. You must save your family's lives until the tree painting in your bedroom bears fruit. Savior Save everyone. Save Melody, Lois, the cat, the rat, the dog, and the horse. Melody: Clean cat pee at the top of the stairs, wash the dishes, flush the toilet monster. Lois: Get the anvil from the basement and use it to break the hatch in the attic, then hit the chandelier with the baseball. Cat: Feed the dog then trigger the bear trap, I usually throw a baseball from the entrance to hit it. Rat: Trigger the mousetrap upstairs, knock down the spider in the closet, and knock down the knife before he runs under it with the anvil or by tripping in the water. Dog: Just feed them. Bake the pie or call 888-8888 for the pizza. Horse: Same as above. Guardian Save your family. Save Melody, Lois, and the cat; further detail above. Feeder Take the rat on a culinary journey. Save the rat and find him in the clown room, further detail above. Corrupt Bring darkness into the house. Kill your family until the tree in your room turns pitch black and dead. Who Is She? Befriend Marnie the Snail. When the house is in a corrupt state, a new snail appears in the backyard. Pick them up enough times and they'll move into your room. Nihilist Let go. When the house is in a corrupt state, an apple will appear in the bathroom. Eat it, and you'll find yourself somewhere new. Sink into the grave and defeat Giga Tabby. Butcher Kill everyone. Kill Melody, Lois, the cat, dog, horse, rat, snail, doll, and the pizza delivery guy. In order of how I would kill them: Snail: Baseball, fast and easy. Cat: Hit the hanging plant in the hallway as the cat passes under it, squoosh. Dog: Call the pizza guy on the way, at 7:00 hit the anvil and squoosh. Rat: Bring the anvil to the kitchen, drop it once for the knife and to wake him up, then squoosh. Lois: Stab. Melody: Stab. Pizza Guy: Stab. Doll: Found in the clown room upstairs before 8 or 9 pm, stab. Horse: Bring the anvil upstairs, smash the hatch, get the gun, and shoot them. Alternatively, feed them the pizza then stab them. Killer Murder your family. Kill Melody, Lois, and the cat; further detail above. Babysitter Save Suzie. After you've achieved an ending, the TV in the living room should show a clown beckoning you closer after 8 or 9pm. Approach the TV, defeat the clown . Heartless Break free. After getting the save everyone, kill everyone, kill daddy, and save suzie endings, you should be able to throw a baseball at the clock and find yourself somewhere new. Destroy the heart . Escape the nightmare . Independent Kill Daddy without any help. Kill Daddy with just the knife (and possibly gun), no food buffs and no traps. Masochist Die 25 times. Die. Baker Bake some pies. Bake pie 10 times. Customer Order some pizza. Order pizza 10 times, number is 888-8888. Maid Clean up 50 messes. Scrub up that pee, water, blood, and the dishes 50 times. Exterminator Kill 50 bugs. Squish 50 roaches, grubs, and/or mealworms. Grubs appear when your house is corrupt and mealworms drop from Giga Tabby . What Was That? Have a strange encounter. Occasionally, when entering the kitchen from the living room after 9pm, a man will take pictures of you from the kitchen window. Donut Call Again Annoy the cops. Call 911 three or four times. Glutton Stuff your face. Eat all 3 foods; The pie in the kitchen, the pizza from 888-8888, and the banana in the backyard garbage. Caller Call every number. Self explanatory, call every number available. 911: Tha police, woop woop 411: Local emergency services 888-8888: Found on Melody's TV, the pizza place. 777-7777: Also found on Melody's TV, the fortune teller. 666-6666: The number of the devil, is ironically owned by an exorcism service. 555-7387: Found in the attic, the number of the horse's farm. 364-2559: Found in Lois' nightstand, your neighbor. 438-7424: When stabbing the suitcase in the attic, a third of this number might fall out. 332-3483: Unsure where/if it's in-game, I found this number in the game files. 867-5309: From the song "Jenny" by Tommy Tutone Scribe Get every journal entry. You will most likely get this just by getting the rest of the achievements. Immortal Witness every possible way to die. The best thing you can do to get this naturally is to die to anything new you find. Listed left to right: Eaten alive: Eaten by the clown in the TV after 9pm. Inflated: Blown up by the 2nd phase of the clown in the TV after 9pm. Chomped: Eaten by Lois' floating head after 9pm and killing Lois. Drained: Blood emptied by Lois after 9pm and dying to the bed monster. Stabbed: Die to Daddy. Zapped: Struck by lightning by bringing the anvil outside. Put on display: Impaled by the wandering coat rack after 9pm. Chomped 2: Get eaten by a hungry horse in the attic. Split: Ripped in half by the wandering shadow after 9pm. Squished: Flattened by the fridge after 9pm. Flushed: Grabbed by the toilet monster after 8pm. Throat removed: Get eaten by a hungry dog in the basement. Stairs: Run into the cat pee at the top of the stairs. Crippled: Legs snapped off by a bear trap in the basement. Stabbed 2: Struck by a throwing knife after 9pm. Impaled: Speared by a spike trap after 9pm. Crippled 2: Legs eaten by the floor mouth during the Nihilist ending. Popped: Head exploded by a high note in Melody's room after 9pm and killing Melody. Hung: Strung up by a noose after 9pm and killing Melody. Carried away: Flung by a sandstorm in the desert. Drained 2: Soul consumed by a mummy in the desert. Beheaded: Head sliced clean off by a swinging axe trap in the desert. Consumer Find every collectible. A majority of the collectibles are found in boxes you can knock down with the baseball. These boxes are found on the top shelves in the closet at the bottom of the stairs, the 2nd basement room, and Lois' closet. I will try to list off the ones I know that aren't. Trash can: Randomly dropped from the trash can in the backyard, keep hitting it. Burger: Occasionally when tripping in the backyard, you'll be laughed at by a fat ghost. Kill him with the bell. Hourglass: Found at the end of the desert section I believe. Sun & Moon Totems: Found in the desert after triggering all 6 of their respective buttons, sun buttons found on the surface, moon buttons found underground. There are other sources for this information, to me it was all a blur. Once you've triggered all of the buttons, the sun totem is found to the north in the sun temple and the moon totem is found to the south by the oasis. Crystal Ball: You must exhaust the dialogue from the fortune teller at 777-7777. Mud Man: During the Nihilist ending, a chest can be found in the northeast of the boss arena.
