Hiya!!! It is best recommended to use this guide AFTER you've beaten the game :3 All parts of this guide happen afterward the introduction mall money machine scene and after you pray to lady dirt dollars! Whatever you do in the intro I never found affects your gameplay. Traits and Zodiac and Personality also never changed anything except for some flavor text, you can go in with a totally barren naked Cancer and get all achievements. I also don't include most* dreams in my guide, and the sleep sections you can click through until you get given the sleep options. Most dreams are a reflection of Cancer's mental state and very few will actively effect gameplay and ending outcomes, the important ones are listed alongside my route in the guide. I also use Cancer's default outfit in every route unless specified. There's also a lot of filler when going for specific endings that require you to balance things, those are included as well and were my personal routes when I was enroute to a specific ending. CTRL will be your best friend will achievement hunting. Some words are also censored like th*s so steam's censor wouldn't flag it and obscure the whole word, hopefully that makes it easier to follow :) Spoilers Ahead, nothing will be censored for that reason and the way I wrote the guide would make it hard to read if it was all censored. Updated Girls End & Coin End section 8/27/26 because of the hearts patch Updated Business End section 8/29/26 because of the hearts patch The easiest ending to get, and one of the many Bad Ends when your girl stats get too low. This one is easy to get naturally since Cancer Prize suffers more than Lady Dirt and is almost constantly in a state of filth, but if you're struggling picking the Slob trait at the beginning can give you a better chance at obtaining the Hygiene End. This one can come naturally as well since Cancer Prize can't stop girl losing, but if you're struggling picking the OCD trait at the beginning can give you a better chance at obtaining the Mood End. Ending Got !! The unofficial official good ending if you're a true yuri warrior. I found myself getting this one almost constantly while going for the other endings, I guess I'm a real yuri magnet unlike Cancer Prize. The main deciding factor of this ending is the pink sticker and a choice at the end. This one is the defacto failure ending if you can't commit to an ending, like Cancer Prize you'll end up as a huge freaking failure and find yourself in crippling dept.
