ES44AC STARTUP GUIDE

Hey, so in case the game instructions aren't clear i wrote a guide to help out. I'll be listing it in steps. The ES44AC in TSW6 is a Norfolk Southern Locomotive. I'm assuming your consist has at least 2 leading locomotives, if so start with this step: 1. Go to the second locomotive and switch off the control switch. 2. Click on the DDU (One of the computer screens to the left of the engineer's seat.) and make sure your air brakes are set on: Cutout/Trail. (They should be by default). Thats all you do for the second locomotive. Now make your way back up to the head locomotive. 1. Switch on the Generator Field 2. Insert the reverser into the forward position 3. Go into the air-brake settings on the DDU next to you, and select: Cut-in/Lead. MAKE SURE YOU HIT SAVE CHANGES. 4. Press Shift+Enter to turn on the alerter. 5. Release the automatic brake and bring the independent brake over to: Bail off. 6. Turn the headlights to: Bright Aux. 7. Turn on Banking COMM by pressing the little "DISP" button on the radio 8. Move your throttle into Notch 1-4 and apply sand if needed. Now the game does have a tutorial but for me it was a bit buggy.
