Allows you to warp to levels, toggle invulnerability off and on, and to give you health and ammunition. You'll also spawn at Map 01 - Staging Point on the lowest difficulty with all weapons with full ammo. Something important to note is that simply using this sub-menu's ability to warp to different levels doesn't disable earning any achievements, but the rest of the functionality within it does for the remainder of that particular session.
