PRAGMATA: All Achievements & 100% Roadmap Guide

PRAGMATA has 35 achievements on Steam and Xbox, and 36 on PS5 with the Platinum. Most unlock naturally through the story. The real work comes from a handful of missable collectibles and interactions with Diana, one post-completion mode with 10 challenges, and a Lunatic difficulty run that only unlocks after you finish the game once. Expect around 28–30 hours for full completion across two playthroughs. The main story runs 12–15 hours depending on how much you explore. Lunatic is a fresh New Game; it is not available in New Game+, so your second run starts from scratch, though more weapons are available to print from the Shelter from the beginning. New Game+ exists but is not needed for any achievements. The list is well-structured — it rewards thorough play rather than grinding, and the path to 100% is genuinely fun for most of it. The hardest single barrier is Lunar Supremacy. Everything else is a matter of paying attention during your first run and not rushing past optional content. One achievement is considered genuinely missable: You're Not Getting Away That Easy. The Sweeper bot has limited, inconsistent spawn locations. Every other achievement can be cleaned up post-story in Unknown Signal Mode. PlayStation 5 has 36, with the extra one being the Platinum trophy. There is no Platinum on PC or Xbox; that's the only difference between the lists. The split breaks down like this: 9 story achievements that unlock just by playing through the main campaign, a cluster tied to Diana's bond system that are easy to miss, collectible hunts, combat challenges, and one hard difficulty requirement at the end. Most players going for 100% will need two playthroughs, a normal run to catch everything missable, and a second run on Lunatic difficulty. New Game+ unlocks after your first completion. It carries over your weapons, upgrades, hacking nodes, abilities, outfits, attachments, and mods. However, New Game+ does not support Lunatic difficulty, which is locked to a separate fresh New Game file. Finishing the game also unlocks Lunatic difficulty and the post-game Unknown Signal mode. Post-game also gives you two new outfits (Astro Classic Type-B and Pink Pop) and the Jackhammer weapon, available for printing in the Shelter. These are accessible across all save files. The game supports 10 manual save slots. Back up your save before attempting the Sweeper bot (see You're Not Getting Away That Easy below). One thing to keep in mind: certain Assist Mode options disable achievement eligibility when active. The exact options are flagged in the settings menu. If you're going for 100%, either leave Assist Mode off entirely or check each toggle before activating it. These nine achievements unlock just by reaching specific story milestones. No detours needed. Play the game, collect them as you go. Icon Achievement Name Description + Notes Diana is the android Hugh finds wandering the Cradle. The Shelter is where their relationship actually develops - through conversation, hide-and-seek, gifts, and the collectibles you bring back. These achievements require you to engage with that system. Skip it and you'll be replaying sections. Icon Achievement Name Description + Notes PRAGMATA has several collectible systems running at once. The most important thing here is to not assume you can backfill everything later, though most can be cleaned up in Unknown Signal Mode post-story. The one exception with real missable risk is the Sweeper bot (see You're Not Getting Away That Easy under Combat Achievements). Icon Achievement Name Description + Notes Icon Achievement Name Description + Notes Icon Achievement Name Description + Notes These require specific techniques. Most are doable on any difficulty, though upgraded gear makes IT'S OVER 6000! much easier to reach. Icon Achievement Name Description + Notes Icon Achievement Name Description + Notes Two playthroughs. Here's the order. Playthrough 1 - Standard difficulty When you reach the Shelter for the first time, talk to Diana before heading to the next objective. Small Talk will not wait. Every time a Unit Printer is available, craft everything in the menu. Can't Stop, Won't Stop is tied to story-phase printing. Shoot every Mini Cabin on sight. Do not leave them for later. Mini-Hunter Supreme is cumulative across 15 total Cabins . Give REMs to Diana at the Shelter as soon as you find them. For Me? and Replicating Extraordinaire! require this. Keep an eye out for Sweeper bots and deal with them immediately. You're Not Getting Away That Easy is the only achievement that can lock you out permanently. Known locations: MPA 03, MPA 04, Lunum Mines 02, Lunum Mines 03. Back up your save before engaging one. Complete every Training Sim you encounter. Master of the Simulator requires all 30 . Check every wall for Holo-Walls as you move through new areas. Unlock every escape hatch you find. Cradle Surveyor only needs one sector. Enter and clear at least one Red Zone for Red-Zoned and Loving It . After credits, go into Unknown Signal Mode. Complete the first challenge for A Lunar Challenge, then work through all 10 for The Right Man for the Job. Equip the Black Box mod before the final fight. Use the Crack & Crash Training Sim for the hacking one. Use Diana's confusion hacking on the relevant shielded enemy type for Can I Borrow That? How long does it take to 100% PRAGMATA? Around 28–30 hours across two full playthroughs. The main story runs 12–15 hours depending on how much you explore. Your Lunatic run is a fresh start but the game opens more weapons in the Shelter from the beginning to compensate. Are there missable achievements? One: You're Not Getting Away That Easy. The Sweeper bot has limited and inconsistent spawns — miss it in all known locations and you may lose the chance for that run. Back up your save. Known locations: MPA 03 (alley near Slide REM), MPA 04 (vertical room with Cartridge Holder), Lunum Mines 02, Lunum Mines 03. All other achievements — including collectible-based ones and Diana bond achievements — can be completed or cleaned up in Unknown Signal Mode after finishing the story. Do I need to play on hard difficulty from the start? No. Lunatic difficulty only unlocks after you finish the game once. You can play your first run on Casual or Standard without missing any achievements tied to the difficulty requirement. Lunatic is for Playthrough 2 via a fresh New Game. Can I do Lunatic in New Game+? No. Lunatic is not available for New Game+ files. You must start a fresh New Game. New Game+ exists in the game but is not needed for any achievements. Does Assist Mode block achievements? Some Assist Mode options disable eligibility for difficulty-based achievements and S-rank related content when active. Each toggle flags this in the settings menu. Check before enabling anything if you're on a 100% run. What is Unknown Signal?
