First 3 modes have similar loot, but Interloper & Misery have different loot conditions such as removed guns, tools and specific clothing. That's why map variant that is relevant for Voyageur won't be as useful on Interloper. With that said, almost every map is separated into 2 versions, 1 for Interloper & Misery and 1 for other difficulties , so players can choose suitable version for themselves. To see what map variant you are using, check the icons of difficulty modes below region name in the legend. Also some regions have a spot where player can fish while being inside of a snow shelter. It gives +15C bonus to feels like temperature, provides a wind protection and lets you interact with fishing hole without leaving it.
