TLDR: Pick Athena, pray for early rocks/regen/attraction, max out aura and regen, hope to get pushed against a wall No moving or jumping allowed! Sit back relax and... probably die a lot The goal of this challenge is simply to reach The Final Swarm without moving. This guide will go over the character choices that have a chance of getting anywhere, the weapons that will protect you, and the tomes you need to survive Chunkham himself. These are the only Characters i've had any success with, Ranked from best to worst Athena Athena is the character that i completed this challenge using and is the most reliable for getting runs on their feet past the first miniboss. I recommend picking her if you have her unlocked or at least having the Aegis unlocked before attempting. Megachad Easiest to unlock, main drawback is that XP gems will often drop just outside of the Aura range, making an early Attraction tome mandatory Ninja His close range weapon gives good early farming and the evasion gained from leveling up offers good survivability. There are very few weapons that i deem viable for this challenge simply for the reason of collecting experience. Any ranged weapons will leave most XP out of reach and greatly hinder your scaling ability (unless you find an attraction tome early) so they should be avoided. The order in which you choose the weapons also has a big impact on the results. Beginning with the Athena, try to acquire in this order: Aegis Chunkers Aura Katana/Sword (Optional) The order is essential IMO, as rushing into aura too early may leave you unable to grab distant XP orbs, Chunkers gives you a nice occasional buffer for your Aegis to recharge between attacks, and gives good knockback against Elite enemies and Minibosses. I did only used 3 weapons to complete the challenge but if you have 4 unlocked i think the Sword and Katana are good choices, You could also choose the Banana or bone if you have good attraction and need more wave clear. There are more viable tomes than weapons for this challenge, but knowing which too choose and when can make or break a run. Here are the Tomes that have the most impact Regen Tome : Most important in my opinion, taking damage is almost unavoidable, so being able to get that health back quickly is crucial. Attraction Tome : An early attraction tome can really help a run snowball, 1 or 2 levels will allow you to grow your Aura earlier Quantity Tome : Gives more Aegis charges and more Chunkers, usually a safe choice Shield Tome : Extra survivability is always usefull, the only drawback is that the health will only restore if you dont take damage for a few seconds, so if you dont have good weapons in place first, you wont get much value from this. Knockback Tome : Honestly im not sure if this tome does much in the grand scheme of things, but i won my run using it so i felt like it at least deserved a spot on the list. Honorable mentions to the Armor and Lifesteal Tomes, i did not try those in a run but in retrospect lifesteal does seem like a good idea/ YOU WILL DIE A LOT The best advice i can give for this challenge is to relax, put a good youtube video on your second monitor, and prepare to lose a lot. 95% of of this challenge is getting the correct weapons and tomes in the right order, while also getting extremely lucky with the enemy spawns and spawn location. Things that happened that helped me win Random props getting shoved: I was fortunate during my successful run the enemies knocked over a large pillar and pushed it perpendicular to myself, this made it so Elite's and Minibosses would attempt to walk into me and simply got stuck above my head for a period of time. This was temporary as larger enemies eventually pushed me over a cliff edge, but thankfully i was then freed by... Green Explody boys: These chubby green creepers are your only chance of moving large distances during a run, if you are lucky enough to have one get close enough to explode (hopefully while you have an active Aegis charge) you will be sent flying across the map. Spam the E button while you are flying as you might have the chance of breezing by a chest or even something cooler if you are lucky, although the most best use they have is helping you... Get against a wall! This step is far easier said than done. You have no control over your movement i know, but if you are lucky enough to get pushed or flung against a wall (Preferably the outermost wall) your chances of winning will skyrocket, In this example you'll notice the stone golem is nowhere to be found, i was lucky to be pushed against the outer wall of the map and the miniboss simply walked up the wall and get stuck above me for the last 2 minutes. You still need good survivability to endure his ranged attacks but avoiding a direct onslaught was very helpful Please take all of this advice with a massive grain of salt as much of this challenge comes down to pure luck and patience. Let me know if you have any questions or notes about the content. I hope to expand this guide as i become more knowledgeable in the game :) If this guide helped you out, check out my other guide on the Pacifist challenge. :) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3580565190 --- Источник: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3577966860
