Total Obtainable Listed: 60/60 There is a minimum of 10 playthroughs under perfect conditions you will need to complete if you want to 100% the game. However, there is a randomness factor you will have to account for, which will likely inflate the number of playthroughs you will need to complete. Good hunting! Achievement Count: 4/60 Not on my watch!: Identify a Visitor and take action You obtain this achievement when you kill your first identified Visitor. NOTE: Some characters are GUARANTEED to be Visitors. Because of this, you can kill the Cashier Woman you encounter on the first night (or check out the “Characters” section (subsection “Visitors”)) after checking a symptom to get this achievement the fastest. First time?: Misindentify a Visitor You obtain this achievement by shooting a human. NOTE: Some characters are GUARANTEED to be human. Because of this, you can kill the Tall Man you encounter on the first night (or check out the “Characters” section (subsection “Humans”)) after checking a symptom to get this achievement the fastest. Soooooo…: Answer the pale Visitor’s question for the last time You obtain this achievement when you speak to the Intruder for the last time. (Night 11) Come and see: Witness the beginning of the end You obtain this achievement when the apartments and houses start burning down (Night 6). This section is for achievements that are tied to characters. Achievement Count: 15/60 Harsh Compromise: Accept a bribe. Shameless You can obtain this achievement by turning away: Husband and Wife The Sisters Smiling Guy Sun Cultist Shot Guy Homeless Scavenger Burnt Man Fat Minister Blinded Man Customs Lady Stoner They will all try to bribe you with a random item from the following list: Cat Food Cigarettes Coffee Enerjeka FEMA Notice Kombucha When prompted again, accept the bribe and let them in. (There may also be some other characters that try to bribe you, but I haven't confirmed.) Hot Potato: Immediately return the FEMA Notice to its original owner You can obtain this achievement when the Burnt Man shows up at your house. Upon letting him in, he will hand you a FEMA notice. When you wake up, hand it back to him. WHAT'S THAT SMELL?!: Someone puked here... You can obtain this achievement by giving the Sun Cultist a beer when he asks during Conversation 3. He will promptly projectile vomit all over your clean pristine bathroom floor and pass out, netting you this achievement. Lost in the Roots: Learn the secrets of immortality from the Forest You can obtain this achievement upon letting the Immortal Man into your home. (see "Characters" section, Index 17) Happier Days: See the Widow's photo from the before times You can obtain this achievement when the Widow shows you the picture during Conversation 3. (see "Characters" section, Index 3). Do Not Disturb: Refuse entry to aggressive tenants You can obtain this achievement by refusing Big Momma entry ("Characters" section, Index 14). Alternatively, you can obtain this achievement by refusing the Suited Psycho entry ("Characters" section, Index 22). I AM THE LAW: Show a pushy tenant who's the law around here You can obtain this achievement by shooting the Tenant. Talk to him once and then you can shoot him. Watch and learn: Teach a young man the meaning of murder You can obtain this achievement by shooting the Purple Shirt Guy (see "Characters" section, Index 42). You're Fired!: Find the FEMA identity card You can obtain this achievement during conversation 3 with the FEMA Suit Guy. During this conversation, choose the following prompts: Let's see what's in your pockets. Why not? Are you hiding something? Draw your gun Why the charade? NOTE: As of 2025-09-19, just getting him to show you the card through the "hard way" is not enough (from my experience), which is why you have to force him to show you with your gun. Wait...: Where are the others? You can obtain this achievement by checking the Handicapped Guy's hands. He will need to be a Visitor for you to get this achievement. If he is a Visitor, upon checking his hands, he will be missing all his fingertips, granting you this achievement. Bullet Dodger: They teach this stuff in ballet school? You can obtain this achievement during conversation 5 with the Ballet Dancer. During this conversation, choose the following prompts: Why haven't you killed me? Good question. Pull out the gun When you attempt to shoot her, she will dodge your shots by contorting her body in unnatural ways. Keep shooting until she dies. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY: You're just in denial, baby NOTE: THIS ACHIEVEMENT LINKS TO AN ENDING. PLEASE REFER TO THE ENDING FIRST IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET IT. To learn more, go to the Endings section under "The Child of Doom". You can obtain this achievement after 4 days with the Seductive Woman. During her stay, her belly expands more each night, and on the fourth day, it bursts, leaving her dead and netting you this achievement. NOTE: As of 2025-09-17, drinking kombucha and reloading the game seems to break the process required for this achievement. Additionally, if you encounter her past a certain day threshold, her belly will no longer burst. Most likely a bug or a scenario that wasn’t accounted for. Event Horizon: The void stares back You can obtain this achievement during conversation 4 with the Coat Guy. On the fourth day, he will be ready to unveil his secret, netting you this achievement. NOTE: Beware that this will kill everyone in the immediate room. Martyr: It wasn't your fault... You can obtain this achievement when you complete all the dialogue with the Kindergarten Teacher (Conversation 5). During this conversation, choose the prompt “What’s the alternative?” when it pops up. NOTE: This one is particularly a pain in the ass to get, as she has one of the higher conversation counts (5), AND she gets replaced by the Death Cultists when they arrive. This means that you'll have to get her RIGHT after the Death Cultists arrive on Day 8 as any other day does not leave you with enough time to exhaust all her conversations for the achievement. Strategy: Save with kombucha on Day 8 (during the daytime, as characters will already be set if you save during the night) Keep reloading until you get her right after the Death Cultists. Good luck with this one. Reportedly much easier as of the Usual Suspects update, as the Cultists no longer replace the Kindergarten Teacher. The Whisperer In Darkness: I hope he dreams well... You can obtain this achievement when you complete all the dialogue with the Blinded Man (Conversation 5). Upon completion, he will hang himself the following day, netting you this achievement. NOTE: Since he hangs himself after you exhaust his dialogue, this achievement will take six days to obtain. This means you will have to
