Fletcher - beating Puzzle mode with 33% (or more) completion. Superfrog - beating Puzzle mode with 100% completion. Rocky - beating Puzzle mode. I assume you need 50% completion at the very least, but the exact number is unknown. Some confirmation would be nice. Hold left Shift at the title screen and enter the code quickly.
