Have you ever been chasing two criminals at the same time? Have you ever wished you didn't have to choose between completing the arrest of the first perp, or stopping the second perp from getting away? Don't you wish the cops would just do their damn job? What you might not realize is that the cop calling system pulls more from RTS than just action. The person you are chasing is who the cops are going to respond to. So if the perp is on foot the first thing you should do is call for on-foot support for your current target, then switch your attention to the other guy. Do the same thing for the other perp, and now you have tracking on both. Pretty neat.
