First: Complete all tutorials (blue triangle mark) After that, 4 days a week: 1. Drinks 2. Cooking 3. Personal Quarters Visit (F3 button, ★ mark in the bottom left) 4. Talk to Dolls *2 (*Special conversations are 1 time) Then, the Crew Deck's daily progress will reach 100 points and be complete. Maximum 400 points per week. Doing this will naturally level up the Crew Deck as well.
