These are the best countries in the world as far as Youth Rating goes. Focusing scouting efforts in these countries could prove very profitable and lucrative. S (160+) Rating Due to character limitations this list comes without the ratings, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to fit all clubs. However, every one of these clubs are equal to or above 15 in Youth Recruitment , Youth Facilities and Youth Coaching combined. Which makes them superior when it comes to club produced talent. This in combination with the country list above could really set up your club in the long term. Barcelona for example is a great club to snatch youth players from, if you can afford it and can persuade them to leave.
