How to Speed Up Infinities

Turn off Auto Infinity. No, seriously - Turn it off. Read back over all the Infinity Perks - Notice something interesting? Some of them grow based on *How Long* you've been in an Infinity for. Check your Generators - How do you optimize those? Stay in an Infinity for a long time. Only Infinity when you've reached a tangible milestone. That's it, that's all there is to it. But, okay, sure - Just saying, "What do you mean, Just Reach a Tangible Milestone? Why should I not Infinity frequently?" This could be a long process for you to test yourself, but let me tell you my process for making this discovery: tl;dr - I got a Metronome, opened Desmos, and started tuning numbers until I noticed an exponential pattern. So, at one point I decide "I'm going to optimize the maximum IP Growth I can. I'm going to sit in a single Infinity until the IP per Second starts to decrease" Metronome: On, counting every 10 seconds. Desmos: well I didn't open it until after I'd already noticed a pattern. Set up a series of y=n*m, added an easy to tweak variable, and kept pushing the numbers up and up until the IP/s finally stepped down a category. It never did. It just kept going up, and up, and up. There was never any "Point of Equilibrium", it was constant Growth. Don't believe me? It's as easy as doing a few long Infinities and checking the Stats Page. Longer Infinities give more IP - Simple As. The only thing that'll make it go faster than waiting, is getting upgrades to make waiting more optimized. Finish your Challenges and start your waiting ASAP. I'd provide a graph or something but honestly I don't know a good way to graph it out, just remember that there are multiple upgrades that get better over a single Infinity. This is all your Automation needs to be once you're done all challenges: (you can set the Auto-Promote to whatever you like, lower is better though. four just has a neat cycle) honestly my first guide and probably not even a proper guide - just wanted to get this out there for anyone who's still at Broken Infinity trying to optimize IP Gains i'm already past my first Eternity, and this made everything easier to manage at the end of my first and into my second.
