You will make a total of six loops through the ship to get this achievement. Technically, the camera hanging on the rope in the first room is a 'clue' but I consider that one a freebie and since there's nothing else to find during the first loop I will dive right into what you are looking for on your second loop on the ship! There are also no scares on the first loop for those also trying to get Billy Boy just FYI Second loop - stop in the recreational room! Clue #2 - Item on the pool table. Third loop - stop in the garden! Clue #3 - Severed hand on the left side. Fourth loop - stop in science lab! Clue #4 - Petri dish in the microscope on your right as soon as you enter the room. Fifth loop - stop in the command center! This one is easy to miss if you are going fast! Clue #5 - Eyeball on a pencil next the the cup! Once you begin the final loop you will hear a record player in the vent you previously uncovered in the beginning of the game. Crawl through and solve the puzzle.
