This guide is aimed to be a resource for anyone hoping to do all of the Haruka's Trust tasks on Yakuza 3 Remastered. Should also apply to the original release. There are a few resources out there the detail the general information, but nothing too focused or that specifically gave help for some of the hardest things you need to achieve, so I decided to write it myself after having completed the requests on my own and by locating the few guidances I found out there for specific things. The aim is to make a centralized guide were you can find any and all the details about this "side quest line". NOTE: What I will detail here will serve for the completion of Haruka's Trust AND Haruka's Trust ONLY. If you're aiming to achieve this you are probably aiming for completion in other areas of the game as well (like all achievements or the Completion List, for example). If that is the case feel free to cross reference any requirements needed for those things as well as whatever I'll detail here, so hopefully you can do similar objectives at once. But I'll personally not be referring to other game requirements while I describe some objectives in this guide, for the most part. Just so you can keep that in mind! ADDITIONALLY, I've already made a YouTube video about this topic where I go more in depth as I explain things, whereas on this guide I'm trying to provide a more concise version. Still, the video has audio-visual explanations for some stuff so feel free to check it out if you want, I'll link it on a section at the end. Unlike games like Kiwami 1 and 2, where you could take Haruka out on the cities and be able to talk to her at any moment, to hear what she wanted to do, in this game the system works a bit different. You begin at Rank F of her trust meter, and certain specific activities will be enabled for you to fulfill, you'll need to walk to the places or establishments that are currently unlocked, and wait for her at the door, once she has a speech bubble on her head , by heading inside you'll be able to fulfill the request she has. As you complete more requests, your ranking will go up and you'll unlock more activities to do. You'll also get some sort of gift or reward from Haruka every time you rank up. That is the gist of it. Actually executing the tasks... is where it can get complicated at times, but I'll try my best to provide some strategies for the especially harder tasks that she wants her Uncle Kaz to do for her. In the following sections I'll be categorizing the types of tasks you need to perform, from how easy to hard, or exceedingly difficult they can be. Fear not as I have tips to conquer most of the things you need to do. I suggest you read through what you need to do first so you can be prepared for all that's to come, especially the last tasks. Most places will have several tasks to do on them, and the lowest ranking one will always be requested first, assuming your rank is high enough to have access to complete both. To end this section, these are the rewards you get every time you rank up on her trust meter: E: Haruka's Candy D: Haruka's Chocolate C: Haruka's Amulet B: Red Jewel A: Haruka's First-Aid Kit S: Haruka's Bento SS: Haruka will sometimes call the dice on Cho-han if you take her with you. (it doesn't actually guarantee it'll win) SSS: Haruka's Necklace EX: Morning Glory Scarf They aren't necessarily useful, but they're unique keepsakes from her. The first type of tasks are the very simple ones of showing up to some store and buying something for Haruka. They're mostly inexpensive items, so don't worry about breaking bank. You WILL need a bunch of money at the end, but these requests will barely set you back. I've organized these in the list bellow. Kamurocho Location Item I'm naming these "normal tasks" even though some of them are still pretty easy, they're a variety of different minigame activities. Some of these have a HARDER counterpart which I will detail in depth strategies in the sections bellow, but overall I consider the ones listed here to be very simple. UFO Catcher On the Theater Square Club SEGA, catch the Kitty Cat (Calico) (Rank F) and the Big Piyo Chan (Rank A). You can see them pictured bellow: The setup needed for each of these should appear when you go for them. I don't believe the cat is particularly hard. For the Piyo Chan, he can be a bit more annoying since he is so big, you can try to get him by the leg as shown in the pic, or if you don't manage to get that, I also have gotten it on the head part by grabbing some of its hair with the claw. You can keep trying in the machine as long as you don't back out, if you do her request will be cancelled and even if you end up catching them afterwards, it will not count, so keep at it even if it takes different turns. Bowling VS Haruka Defeat Haruka in a 10 frame game, this happens twice, in Ranks E and A. She tends to score around 100-120 points, so you need to do decently good. Either way for the last couple of requests you need almost perfection in bowling, so check that section bellow to learn how to dominate in this minigame. Darts in Bantam For the Darts requests you need to go to Bantam. The first one is in Rank D, get 200 points in a Count Up game. The second is in Rank A, get a low ton in one of your rounds on a Count Up game. If you are on PC then you have access to using your mouse, which is really convenient for some of the minigames, this included. 200 points should be easy if you can consistently land bullseyes, or triple 20, the most desired shot. As for the Low Ton, you need to score in between 100 and 150 points in a single round, non inclusive. Land any number in between 101 to 149, a decently easy way is to land 2 bullsesyes and then whatever single number, it should not be so complicated. Batting Center Two requests here, score at least 1000 points in the Easy Game in Rank D, and score at least 1500 in the Normal Game in Rank A. For the Easy game you do not have a reticle to aim, but its fine since you have a single, big target to hit. Each HOME RUN will get you 100 points. Spend a few shots figuring out where to aim (i think it should default to the center) and then hit a measly 10 shots out of the 20 total. In case you are not aware, the Batting Center setups are always the same, and they've been documented in this GameFAQs page [gamefaqs.gamespot.com] , for this difficulty I'd say its easy enough to do them "blind", but check them if you want. For the Normal game, you now instead have 3 areas to hit, when you hit one it will be colored in and hitting it again won't get you any points until you hit all three. Once you do that, a red target will appear on the top section, hitting it will earn you 300 points. If you miss it, it will go away, so you must hit it the turn after it appears. To reach 1500 points you either need to hit 11/20 shots, with 2 of these being the red targets. IF you miss them you can still succeed on the attempt but you need to hit a total of 15 instead. This number is ONLY if you somehow fail all the red targets. All in all its not incredibly hard either, but this one may take you a couple of tries. Additionally, there IS indeed a much harder Batting Center request, and in the section for it bellow you can also read to learn how to better dominate this minigame, the tips will apply for any difficulty. Karaokekan Kamurocho Cheer on Haruka's singing and reach a certain score 2 times. Reach Karaoke Pro (at least 800 points) in Rank D, and Karaoke King (850 points) in Rank B. If you have experienced the nightmare that was Otometal my life in Kiwami 1, rest easy, her song in this game (I wanna change myself) its actually one of the easiest beatmaps in this game, so this should not be hard.
