Once on top look out towards the Northeast it'll be past the Billboard. There is also another way to get it as shown to me by "barrysauce". It's less likely to get you killed as you go up to it. Go to the building to the left of the last two images. Two ways into this one. Either the ladder here. Or the stairs here. Go upstairs and look to the Northeast out the window. In the middle of the map are the caves. Inside the caves there is a hole with a waterfall. Look at the inside wall of the hole. It'll be on the west side of the hole. This one was a bit of a pain to find. From the top of the lighthouse go over there. It'll be right under that cement area. This one was by far the easiest for me since I spawned right near it.
