Send help. Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links is one of the worst Online TCG's out there. Do not get me wrong, I love Yugioh by any means and that's why I played this game on my phone. But here are the things I really hate about Duel Links: — Decks are not really interactive. It's a lot of 1 turn combos that you die to without being able to do anything about it. So it's just a matter of luck and who draws their combo faster. That concept is no fun to me at all. — Meta Decks are a lot of Grinding for Jewels, which can be spent on the boxes. Some Meta decks that pop up can not be build without spending actual money, tho. They require multiple units of a Structure Deck, which you can only buy one with jewels. (Pay to win when these are the tier 1 decks) — 90% of the game is just run in Auto Duel mode because the decks play the same every game. You basically build a meta deck, let the bot play it for 20 games, so you understand what the cards do, and then you play the deck on ladder until you reach a high rank. The illusion of choice does not make it any better because if you do not play a meta deck, you will not reach a high rank. So why bother to have 10 different character traits if you only use 1 of them all the time. Poorly balanced game that is just being played because of nostalgia and the franchise behind it.
