This is the list of every single achievement in Final Fantasy VIII-Remastered and the global stats of most of the people that played the game. This is my channel with all the stuff that I just wrote here in Video Guides: https://youtu.be/ZS2LeiRwuBE A lot of achievements from the original Game release were removed from the Remastered version.This means that "10000 kills" or "Collector-Collect all cards",won't be here. All achievements in this guide are listed not by percentage based of players,but in chronological order,since there are a lot that you can miss and won't be possible to earn later on the game! This guide will be separated into 4 Discs and each disk will have a lot of chapters,depending on the chapters,some will be to long and others to short. There are few Game Boosters with cheats: Hotkeys: F1:Battle Assist F2:No Encounters F3:Speed Boost (x3) If its first time playing this game,i recommend you,to not touch these,unless you already played this game before and only want to reduce your grind time. Don't touch the "Cheats".Activating any of them will DISABLE achievements permanently for your current playthrough. Achievements you should start grinding upon starting the game: 100 Kills Kill 100 enemies Chapter 1-Balamb Garden Shiva Unlock Guardian Force Shiva Chapter 9-Deling City 6/12 Magazines Timber Maniacs Collect all Timber Maniacs magazines Chapter 1-CC Group Members-4/7 Opponents Cards Club Master Defeat every member of the CC group Chapter 5-Centra Ruins There is Optional Boss with puzzles This is timed dungeon,you can disable it after defeating the boss at the end,or keep re-entering the ruins to reset the timer. You'll be addressed by a voice identifying itself as Odin,the legendary GF.Odin will challenge you to climb his tower and defeat him within 20 minutes.If you wish to accept his invitation,proceed through the ruins and enter the tower's first chamber.Stand on the stone and it'll levitate,carrying you to the next level. Climb the stone ladder on the left and enter another chamber.Examine the glowing device to eject the set of steps on the right.Head for the top of the steps and climb the ladder on the left.Examine the statue and take out its eye.Climb back down the ladder and go up the steps on the right Head left,climb the ladder to reach the top of the dome,and examine the statue.When you insert the left eye,you'll be given a five-digit code.Take out both eyes,return to the other statue,and insert the eyes.Enter the code and the door below will open. In the room below waits Odin. After beating Odin,it will reward you as hybrid GF that will come randomly in any fights,as well as disabling the timer completely for the dungeon https://youtu.be/8ZzxYIBOhVk Tonberry Unlock Guardian Force Tonberry Chapter 1-Edea's House 11/12 Magazines Timber Maniacs Collect all Timber Maniacs magazines There will be a huge machine at the bottom floor,let Zell manipulate the machinery so you can avoid spending any units. From now on you will have allot of fights,each step you make will begin fight with all kind of Strong Encounters.Make your way to the very bottom. After you reach the bottom,don't interact with the machinery yet.If you have Move-Find ability unlocked,i highly recommend you using it on any of your characters so you can get extra save point,before getting into the last fight. Interact with the machinery to start the battle. Make sure to draw Eden before defeating the boss. https://youtu.be/rj7lEEVvrF4 Chapter 8-Obel Lake Quests Obel Lake Secret Complete the Obel Lake side quest Once you have seen each of these locations,head over to the Grandidi Forest,which is the forest surrounding the Chocobo Sanctuary.Land Ragnarok at the top of the canyon and wander around until you encounter the UFO.Destroy it so you can continue the quest. Fly over to the crater where Balamb Garden original used to be.Move around the crater area until you get into combat against Pupu once again.Use your 5 Elixirs from Item ability to feed him.Once he is feed enough you will earn the achievement and bonus Pupu Card https://youtu.be/kc3usrPMq5Q Chapter 1-Ultimecia Castle Divide the team into two parties-your main party and "the rest" and continue.You can use the green portals on the ground that are found in few spots at Ultimecia's Castle to change between the two parties. As you enter it will be explained to you that each of the different commands you have are now sealed(Item,Magic,GF,Draw,etc).Each time you defeat a boss you will be able to unlock one of your commands.If you missed any of the Guardian Forces during your travels you will want to unlock first Draw command so you can draw them now. This will be Guide for every single boss-Location or how to get to them. Sphinxaur -Head up the stairs to fight your first boss.There is not to much of a strategy just attack him until he is defeated. https://youtu.be/1bsXArYP1Dk Tri-Point -Go through the doors behind the boss you just defeated.The chandelier that you will move on it will fall to the ground as soon as you step on it.Locate the hatch door on the floor and open it to reveal the wine cellar You should junction Thunder elemental magic to your elemental defense cuz this boss will do counter attack each time you attack it. If you miss earning Siren,now it's your second and last chance to draw it! https://youtu.be/80nx7AcGN-U Trauma -Get back in the main entryway where you started.Go upstairs again and take the pathway off to the right,make your way down the staircase and through the door on the right.Next head down the staircase again,over the portal and through the doorway on the bottom floor of the room to reach Art Gallery. The puzzle in the Art Gallery is each enough to solve.The picture on the left of the bottom floor has a title that is "to faint to read" as you must fill it in.Each time you read one of the other paintings it will give you a word.You can use the words you read to come up with the title of the painting. The solution of the puzzle is VIVIDARIUM (Garden), INTERVIGILIUM (Sleep) and VIATOR (Messenger) .In other words, "In the Garden Sleeps a Messenger".Enter that as the phrase of the painting at the front of the room,The next boss will appear behind you. If you miss earning Leviathan,now it's your second and last chance to draw it! https://youtu.be/YKygo3holIg Red Giant -Head north through the doors at the back of the Art Gallery into the Stairway Hall.Cross over the green portal and head straight into the door down the stairs.Take the door to the left one more time and you will find yourself locked into the Prison Cell. Grab the key from the corpse holding it on his hand.After that Red Giant will spawn behind you and initiate battle against him. He have allot of armor so it will be bad idea to use Auto attacks on him or any Physical damage. Best way to drop his hp and finish him is to use Demi spell until he gets to low and then execute it. If you miss earning Pandemona,now it's your second and last chance to draw it! https://youtu.be/ZisIXwMvFFQ Krysta -After defeating Red Giant,use the [Prison Key] to exit through the door that was closed behind you.Go at the place where you enter for first time the Castle.You will have to make use of the second party.So switch it and go trough the doorway on the left and back into the room under the chandelier.No need to exchange any junction just run away from any random encounters. Have the second party standing in the green portal bellow the chandelier and message will appear "The lever had been depressed".By doing this,the chandelier will no longer fall down. Cross over the chandelier with the other party and make your way to the terrace to find Krysta. Make sure to use Shell since this boss will have counterattack each time you attack him.Make sure to not be at low health,cuz he will cast Ultima upon dying.
