Kill other player with your fists. Killing blow must be the punch, not bleeding. C*ck Fight requires the same approach, but with no clothes on. Works with both male and female character. Now you're able to get this achievement by dying to airdrop, more precisely to the crate falling on you. Plane will at random intervals fly across the map, you can recognize it by specific noise. It drops supply crate at random location on its way. This crate falls down approximately 5 minutes and is easily spottable due to red smoke trail behind it. If you have trouble seeing the actual airdrop, try setting graphic details to medium and view distance to maximum value (I personally had trouble seeing the airdrop at high details, some people claim they can't see it on low details either).
