You may remember that most of effects in Archvale are applied only after using fountains. Two exceptions to this rule that I found are defense and damage. This allows you to basically get 4 free hearts! Let me show you how to do this. Those are ones that I was using: 1.Moon Jelly Cap- you can get it by upgrading Fungal Cap Cap that you can buy after reaching Morelton. It also requires scales that drop from most enemies in Brinkreef and a lot of slime from starting area. It gives you +2 hearts. 2.Wispwood Chestpiece- straightforward and easy to get. Just craft it using anvil. Require 20 Enchanted Oak and Wisp Dust, both dropping from enemies in Murkmire. 3.Seamantle Ring- you can get it from chest in secret area in Brinkreef dungeon.
