Different bonuses of the ministers: All ministers have different bonuses, you can see what bunuses have all of the ministers by moving mouse cursor above their's picture, you can change ministers by clicking on their picture and choose someone else, but this action will cause + 1% of the opposition. 2. What do you need for your country: My strategy is easy, I have priority for the industrial ministers, but its your choice what is the priority for you. Ideal structure of 1 army group are 3 divisions. Ideal structure of the brigades in 3 divisions is: AA + ART + ENG Its good, if you create army groups by types. Its better to have 3 armor divisions in 1 army group and have bonus of speed, like have 2 INF + 1 ARM in 1 army group and lose speed, because of 2 INF. 1 armor and 2 Motorized have great speed and get a combined arms bonus (+15) on Defense, its useful to secure extended Pincer Moves with acceptable Cost.
