Step-by-Step guide for installing TFix

Go >here< [www.ttlg.com] and click on TFix [insert whatever is the most current number here] and download it. Now go back to Steam and completely log out/exit out of it it can't be running while you do this. Go to where Tfix downloaded and double click on it to run. You’ll get this screen now click on next. These are what you can install along with the patch you don’t have to if you don’t want too, all they are is they switch some things out with stuff from The Metal Age and new textures. After you decided what you want click next. CLICK ON BROWSE this defaults to disk installation and we are using steam so yeah click browse. You’ll have a window like this go ahead and click on computer. You’ll have something like this and you’ll want to click on your main drive it’ll be called Local Disk (C:) most likely so click on that. Now you’ll have something like this you want to click on Program Files (if you have a Program Files (x86) click on that). Scroll down til you see Steam and click on that. Click on steamapps. Now click on common Scroll down til you see Thief_Gold click on that and press ok. and there you go press install and you are good to go. There are also patchs for Thief: The Metal Age [www.ttlg.com] and Thief: Deadly Shadows [www.ttlg.com] . and they are pretty much the same process.
