Keyboard + Mouse controls config for new players; fix camera not rotating with mouse

1. Go into a battle mission. 2. Press ESC on your keyboard. 3. Click Button Positon on the left, then click Keyboard Keys at the top. 4. Scroll down to Camera Settings to Switch Camera Control Method. 5. Click on any of the rectangles to bind a key. 6. Click Save, then press ESC. The camera should now be able to rotate when you move the mouse now.
