How to get the Roulette achievement

Buy 600 medals. Put 10 chips on each of the top, middle and bottom rows, and 10 chips on the 1-12, 13-24, 25-36 spots. This is *almost* guaranteed to break even, unless a 0 or 00 comes up (if so, reload your game), but it counts as 600 medals toward the Win medals at the Roulette table. Do it twice, done. If you're short on money, you can do it with fewer medals by replaying more times, but I just wanted to get it over with.
