I really like this game, but I can't in good faith recommend the desktop version. The developer has abandoned development of the PC version, only focusing on the mobile version. It has been almost 2 years since an update, while the mobile version is enjoying the 4th year anniversary celebration of the game. If you really want to play this game, go play the mobile version. Yes, it has micro-transactions and ads, but it has much more content, support for future updates, and is free. TLDR: PC version is abandoned. If you really want to play this game, check out the mobile version

TLDR: game is decent but dev is sketchy to say the least. I have definitely enjoyed my time playing the game. Is it repetitive? Yes, but it's a game you can turn your brain off and just play. There are ofc some characters and weapons that are weaker and stronger than the rest but that comes with most games. The reason this is a negative review is due to what I found out about the dev. Promised updates in 2024 and then nothing. That would suck normally, however I can respect devs taking their time since personally I'd rather an update or full on game that takes longer to come out and actually be finished than one that came out due to demand and clearly isn't done, but the mobile version has more than the steam. Is it a lot more? Not from what I've seen, but there's a very key difference. Micro transactions. The mobile version is free, but some things you can get in the steam version by playing and spending the points you earn, you now have to either watch an ad or spend real money. Outside of that? There's skins, even one for Diamond that, you guessed it, you can get with your first purchase of only $1.99 which it makes sure to show that you're getting "200% of what you're paying!" like it's not still giving your money. I was excited about Ember path, the new game that the dev said they're making, it looks cleaner and hopefully the gameplay would be better, but now I'm not so sure I can trust a dev that said they're gonna update the game in October of 2024 and almost 2 whole years later we have yet to hear anything. I tried to search up just quickly why this might be the case, hoping there was a reason, but the only thing I can see is that Flanne broke his wrist from google ai overview. Now believing that is even true in the first place, I may be no doctor but I don't think it takes 2 years for a wrist to heal, not to mention it's apparently good enough for a money hungry mobile version to have more content, no matter how little, but 0 communication for every other platform where people had to BUY the game? If the dev comes out with an apology and a reason for not only the massive delay but also for being completely silent that doesn't sound like it's just to try and save himself so people will buy the next game, then I'll delete this review and come out with a new one that's positive, but until then I don't see myself supporting this dev any more than I unfortunately have.

花了钱还想要更新？哪有这种好事。非常经典的pc端一脚踹开，反手手机端猛猛更新。 刚出的时候在幸存者游戏中还是排得上号的，甚至我当时玩这款游戏还被人评价跟风，足以证明当时的热度。结果现在直接切割pc端，在手机端不断更新的同时pc端过了2年还没更新，直接拉完了。

Review after 100% It's a good game. Yeah, Flanne kinda abandonded the steam version, but it's still a complete experience and totally worthwhile. It's only $5, it's usually on sale, and you don't have to deal with ads like the mobile version. I paid about 10 cents an hour and that's a total steal The gameplay manages to be difficult while still being fair. It's intuitive while still having skill expression. All the characters have incredibly fun builds and I've found exodia states on a lot of them. I love this game and I hope we get those updates again some day.

When I first played this game over two years ago I immediately sank my full playtime into the game in less than a week. I loved the simple yet engaging gameplay and became fully committed to 100%ing the game. Then I saw there was a new patch in the pipeline that included new content and major QOL improvements, so I figured I'd take a break from the game until this patch came out and get the full set of achievements right there. The latest patch progress update is from nearly two full years ago in late October 2024. There has been very nearly no communication from the developer since this time. People - not the dev - have explained in community discussion threads that the dev sustained an injury which would, understandably, temporarily halt progress on development. Then people, again not communicated by the dev, noticed the new mobile version of the game is being developed by a different third party (or so it seems at least) and this mobile version of the game has gotten updates as recently as this summer. No explanation has been given, not even a tombstone for this apparent patch that's coming to the beta branch soon as of 2024. The thing is, some of these QOL features were genuinely desperately needed, especially by comparison to many games now available in the year of our lord 2026. The character roster is still obviously unfinished. The upgrade balancing still obviously needs to be expanded upon and fleshed out. The game, while I enjoyed it immensely years ago, is simply not worth a single red cent at this time. There will be no future updates, there are better games you can play for literally free, and the dev has gone completely silent with absolutely NO direct explanation. So no, I don't recommend the game, and frankly in a functional society we'd call this type of dev cycle a scam. At the very least it's unprofessional and disappointing. Somehow I doubt the dev's new game, which they were supposedly also working on this whole time, will ever see the light of the dawn, so to speak.

отличная игра для того что бы отдохнуть, купил только из за того что в неё играл 4 года на телефоне, ну и она сильно сложней чем на телефоне мне это нравится всем советую
