I went into Ball Scratch Simulator expecting a stupid little joke game, but I came out a changed man. The incredible depth of having to scratch your balls without getting caught has taught me lessons about risk, patience, greed, and the human condition that no other game ever could. Every NPC feels like a threat, every itch feels like a life-or-death decision, and every successful scratch gives me a sense of accomplishment I never knew was possible. I used to wonder what my purpose in life was. Now I know. The itch is there.

とりあえず主人公は泌尿器科に行った方がいい ゲームそのものは「だるまさんがころんだ」である。 ステージごとに対象となる女性は振り向いたり振り向かなかったりするので、その間に股間を掻いてかゆみゲージを下げながらスコアを稼ぐゲームだ。 掻く方向は上下左右自由だが、机の下で上下に動かしているとまるで別のナニかをしているかのようである。 ゲームルール マウス操作で右手を動かすことができ、右手を股間のところまで移動してドラッグをすることで掻き動作が始まる。左クリック長押しだけでは掻いてくれないので注意だ。慣れないうちはちょっと操作に癖がある。 右クリックでは「右手の匂いを嗅ぐ」というどうかしている行為を行い、股間を掻いていない限りはスコア倍率が下がり続けるが匂いを嗅ぐことで倍率の維持ができる。ただし相手にバレやすい。 また左クリックを長押しした状態でマウスホイールを上下することで特殊な掻き方もできる。 ゲームルールは簡単だ。 画面最上部中央が「見つかりゲージ」なのでそれが最大にならないようスコアを稼ぐのがゲームの目的だ。相手から見つかることで徐々にゲージが上がっていくので相手が振り向いたら掻くのをやめよう。 それからかゆみが0%から常に上昇していき、100%になってもゲームオーバーなのでそこも注意だ。 750点で☆1が手に入り、次のステージがアンロックされるのでまずはそこを目指そう。 最大の☆3は5000点で手に入る。 なお、見つかった状態で掻くのをやめても右手と股間の位置が近いと見つかりゲージが上がるので、しっかり手と股間の距離を取るのも大事だ。 細かいこと クリアすることでスチルやミニキャラがアンロックされるが、いずれもAIイラストなので期待はしないほうがいいだろう。 日本語音声も入っているが、ボカロかボイスロイドを使ったような棒読みレベルなので、聴ける代物ではない。 このゲームについて 筆者は主人公の気持ちがわかる側の人間だ。 恐らく制作者も主人公と同じ体験をしたことがあると思われるので、「うんうん、かゆいよな」ととても共感できる。 ちゃんと下着を洗っていても蒸れるとやつらはやってくる。 なお、現在進行形でかゆみを感じる人は「いんきんたむし（股部白癬）」の疑いがあるので泌尿器科へ行こう。 薬を処方してもらって毎日ちゃんと塗れば治るので安心だ！ ただし、藪医者にあたると別の薬を処方されて大変なことになるぞ！（経験談） まとめ バカゲーの類だが、ゲーム自体はちゃんと遊べる代物になっている。 演出も次から次へと挿入されるのでゲームとしても単調さを感じさせないよう気を配っているのもうかがえていい感じだ。 またマルチプレイ対応なのでフレンドを誘って遊んでみるのもいいかもしれない。 バカゲーに飢えている人、股間を心行くまで掻きむしりたい人、広い心でゲームを楽しめる人などにおすすめである。

Game of the year potential. Best game i have played for years. I have always wanted to itch my friends balls and this game gives me the oppertunity to. 11/10 game. This is THE BEST thing that happenend on 9/11

my balls used to itch... finally i could e-scratch my balls... finally i felt fulfilled, at ease and satisfied, and i only have this game to thank for it... it has alleviated my ball itch... i am now free... doctors called it a miracle... i am now always on 0% ball itch now... thank you 10ft games... you truly healed ball itchiness and taught every ball haver a crucial lesson... if you always look at the danger and stay stealthy you have nothing to get between a ball haver and his itchiness... remember that... <3
