Note : 1,5/5 C'est parti pour l'évaluation de ce BloodRayne 1 "amélioré", où je n'épargnerai que Rayne, question de préférence ^^ (mais que je mettrai quand même en concurrence avec des titres de la même époque (2002), qui eux, valent qu'on en devienne mordu...) ! Alors vous cherchez un jeu : - qui vous propose d'incarner un vampire (ici une demi-vampire parce qu'elle ne tue que les méchants !) en vue à la 3ème personne dans un jeu d'action ? Ne cherchez pas, les canines sont retroussées dans Legacy of Kain : Blood Omen 2 (mais faites tous les jeux de cette série avec les Soul Reaver, ils sont géniaux), ou regardez le film Blade (1998), vous perdrez moins de temps... - qui vous propose de jouer avec le ralenti pour esquiver les balles ? Accompagnez la descente noire de Max Payne 1 ou 2, ou évadez-vous avec les Prince Of Persia. - où vous adorez démembrer vos ennemis (vous êtes bizarre !) : Conduisez une bagnole dans Carmageddon 2 : Carpocalypse Now ! - où vous devez éliminer des nazis à la poursuite de puissances ésotériques pour gagner la guerre ? C'est Return to castle Wolfenstein qu'il vous faut (et puis y'a aussi des femmes sexy et redoutables en cuir dedans), ou visionnez le film Indiana Jones et la Dernière Croisade ! - où vous incarnez une femme avec un sex appeal qui ferait se (re)dresser un mort-vivant, forte, et qui manie les lames avec encore plus de létalité que Rayne ? J'invoque Julie (Strain, grande égérie de l'illustration SF/Fantasy), du jeu vidéo Heavy Metal : FAKK2 - où vous adorez marteler la même touche pour mettre des coups à vos adversaires qui ont l'air d'être des sacs à points de vie ? Il me semble que Devil may cry 1 fait ça aussi (mais je n'y ai pas encore joué) J'avais acheté la boite du jeu lors de sa sortie (que voulez-vous ? Des héroïnes aux cheveux couleurs de feu ou d'automne, je tombe toujours dedans, oui Triss, je parle de toi aussi :D ), et j'avais pas trouvé ça génial à l'époque. Je me suis dit une version améliorée, pourquoi pas ? Pffff, à part permettre de jouer à ce titre sur nos ordinateurs modernes, il n'y a absolument rien de transcendant ! Franchement, c'était l'occasion de rajouter un peu plus de détails pour densifier l'univers ! Les niveaux sont affreusement vides, redondants, ternes (mode ironique : oh chouette, dans le désordre, une mine, une usine, une base nazi, un château, un marais, wahou, j'ai jamais fait ça avant !), les combats sont répétitifs, la musique est en sourdine, visiblement pour mieux entendre les petits gémissements que pousse Rayne lorsqu'elle suce (le sang de, non mais vous croyez quoi ???) ses victimes. Je pense que les développeurs avaient d'ailleurs tout misé sur ça : leur héroïne sexy en cuir et talons aiguilles faisant des acrobaties en poussant des petits cris de plaisir qui ferait pâlir ses concurrentes spécialisées (je parle de Bayonetta hein, il me semble qu'elle fait pareille :D). En conclusion, le hub de la communauté Steam est plus excitant que le jeu, et c'est gratuit ! BloodRayne 1 ne m'a pas du tout rassassié, j'ai les crocs, je vais chercher du côté de sa suite qui m'avait fait meilleure impression !

старушка блудрейн, двадцать лет тебе уже и даже больше.. была приятно тебя по новой пройти, просто ностальгия и при всей моей криворукости.. у меня все же получилось ее пройти на высшем уровне сложности. Конечно положительный отзыв, потому что это стоит того^^

Feeling a bit nostalgic I thought it was finally time to play the Terminal Cut release of Bloodrayne. A game I hold fond memories of and only encouraged my affinity towards vampires and vampire culture of the early ‘90s and early 2000s. As far as the Terminal cut goes vs the original pc port… well I’m not sure there was too much of a difference. It looked much like I remembered (which might be saying something good in itself) and played all the same (the original pc port didn’t have any bugs or problems that I recall). So, for the most part you’re just getting another solid port that is supposedly upscaled. For the game itself, it is as enjoyable as ever with just a really great vibe that the second never really embraced. I was also welcomingly well reminded just how much variety the game had in terms of enemies. Nothing quite beats getting a list of important Nazis to mark off once you take their heads. Unfortunately the combat is a bit scrappy and your combos, even when upgraded, can be easily attacked through so you’ll depend a lot on your blood sucking to regain health and take down enemies. Also, man oh man are a lot of bosses hitboxes wonky. Guns often feel pretty underpowered and the grappling hook is questionable. Yet, just kind of slashing your way through and using blood rage is still satisfying. Also, Rayne is played by the legendary Laura Bailey who will absolutely make you fall in love with the character with her excellent performance (okay I may be a little bit biased). Though I’ve always felt that Bloodrayne 2 had a better grasp on it’s gameplay, it’s really hard to beat the feels, setting, and variety of the first. Terminal Cut, though not making major graphical or gameplay changes, does at least well to preserve the original (though I saw reports of some cheats or other missing due to various reason. Not sure if those got added back ever).

乳摇吸血鬼通关，吸血的声音有点涩。最终boss得先击杀光头（背后近战）再打铁疙瘩（直接用枪扫）顺带吐槽机甲关的火箭筒跟阳痿一样，攻击直接对着打地板。导师战最后更是难绷，导师掉下去后跳上来告别，然后又掉下去

Я понимаю почему эта игра была популярна в свое время, но абсолютно не понимаю как можно было сделать настолько отвратительный ремастер для современных систем. Постоянно крашится игра из-за того что она не умеет работать с оперативной памятью и думает что мои бедные забитые 2 гагабайта оперативной памяти из 16 это катастрофа. Прямо перед написанием обзора столкнулся с новой ситуацией. Игра просто перестала понимать клики мышки, она то воспринимает их, то просто игнорирует будто ничего не зажималось. И да, пользовательские моды сделали игру куда красивее, чем это сделали разработчики. Не понимаю из-за чего у этой игры столько положительных отзывов, неужели вы готовы ставить положительные отзывы только из-за воспоминаний о той самой игре, несмотря на отвратительное техническое состояние?

Прошёл на высоком уровне сложности и кайфанул без особых запар. Игра чисто на один раз. На голову выше по ощущениям, чем вторая часть. Короче говоря, балдёжный проходняк из детства...

Something I commonly hear floating around in the BloodRayne community is to engage only if you're willing to become a fan. This notion mainly applies to the second game, as many parts of it aren't pleasing to them as this game, but I'd like to comment on the first game myself. I like the idea of a vampiress protagonist. Lots of things about the game I hadn't even noticed until looking into individual overviews of it and I appreciate the small details, along with the mood / aesthetic. But the biggest gripe I have with BloodRayne is the gameplay. With the main component of BloodRayne (Hack N' Slash) being combat, the game gives you very little to work with. Combat is extremely repetitive and brain-dissolving. Your hook ability becomes useless for 2/3 of the game (Daemites, Ancient Vampires, Bosses). Act 2 / Military Base is excruciatingly long and almost convinced me to drop the game. BloodRayne fans express deep concern for the second game but I hope it personally feels like a step-up from the first. Final verdict; if you're willing to be brave, buy the BloodRayne series on a sale.
