If you ever wanted GMod in VR, here it is. This is THE sandbox game for VR, packed with as much jank and as many mods as you could ever wish for. BONELAB is some of the most fun I've had just doing stupid things in a physics sandbox game, and there are plenty of mods to choose from. Thanks to the game's built-in mod.io integration, they are really, really easy to install (like, super easy). Currently, the devs have gone almost radio silent about their next major update, Patch "789." Because of this, the community is feeling alienated, and modders have stopped making new content out of fear that their work will break whenever the devs inevitably decide to drop said update. It's been like this for a while—20 months with almost no info on when it's coming, so keep this in mind when and if you decide to buy. Overall, I personally would highly recommend BONELAB, especially if you are just getting into VR for the first time—it's where I first started, actually!

Best VR game besides blade and sorcery, also being in the #1 spot. Story wise, get Boneworks instead.

игра держится чисто на модах. ну а так пушки - 6/10, песочница - 7/10, а сюжет - полное разочарование после boneworks 3/10. моды кстати удобно скачивать через сайт, есть гарантия что работать будет.

i like this game story is great and the mods are great but is kinda hard finding good mods but still a great game

Despite the story being quite short, when compared to other SLZ games like Boneworks, and not being a focus point of the game, the infinite replayability Bonelab offers through its user-generated mod content means it is a game I would definitely recommend trying out. Some users may find issues with the lack of content updates provided for Bonelab. But I believe that in its current state, Bonelab offers a wonderful experience where the only limit truly is your imagination and ability to create.
