I hope that in 10+ years, the kids of today will look back and say "I grew up playing car park capital" like how I tell people "I grew up playing roller coaster tycoon." It has immense charm and style and is simply presented enough that anyone of nearly any age can grasp the basics and play. Certainly in my top 5 games of 2026

A truly terrifying horror game in the disguise of a very competent and fun management tycoon. There is always something driving you forward, the game doesn't feel like it really stalls you too long at any given phase. The gameplay loop of buying land, providing parking places and services then gets augmented by creating demand later on. It's rather satisfying, and at no point was I just sitting there twirling my thumbs because there isn't something to do. A few minor QoL are missing. Riot police are decently automated but recalling and keeping them stocked is a bit of a micromanagement. Jumping from phase to phase introduces new demands that instantly tank your ratings and you have to fiddle with prices a little bit. It's at no point truly run-ending, just a small annoyance.

About 30 minutes into playing a main scenario mission in this game, I looked back at my car factory and realised it had killed all the trees around it due to the toxic pollution it was emitting. This hadn't been tutorialised so I was surprised. I then realised all the land around it was now free to buy because it was polluted. I then realised I could weaponise this to expand my operations very cheaply, turning even the non-parking lot areas of the map into dead, lifeless economic generators. A truly fascinating management sim that perverts the usual success story of those games through context to make you feel like a Captain Planet villain. Looking forward to further developments.

This game is so hilarious and shamelessly evil, I love it. You buy up all the land and apartments, people owe you rent. You build suburban house, and then evict the people in the apartments. They move, and now they need a car. You build car factories and sell them cars. They need to get to downtown for work. You've demolish their old apartments and built a parking lot, which they have to pay you to use. Anyone who complains, you hire police to beat up protestors. The protestors set fire to cars that you forced them to buy. You can have them arrested. I'm laughing my ass off at this caricature. But deep down, I'm sad that this is 100% true. All of it. You've made a ton of money. You own everything. You've created so many jobs and generated so much economic activity. This is how the United States of America works.

In a sea of talentless AI slop games this game stands out for actually being a game made by someone talented. Very charming and very fun so far, if you're into tycoon games where you spend money to make money you'll very much love this The soundtrack also goes insanely hard, really gets you pumped to evict urbanites and fill their ugly lawns with beautiful concrete and asphalt Main complaint is that the game becomes very easy once you've gotten the main money makers in play, hopefully that will be addressed in future updates

A terrifying indictment of car centric urban development wrapped up in a love letter to 90's and early 00's tycoon games. I wish people protested as hard as they do in this game. 10/10.
