Let me preface this by saying that this game had SO MUCH potential. 4/10 Yes I also beat it with friends as it was a gift. Let's begin shall we. This hot mess of a game, one of which should have been at least Early Access, is littered with an absurd amount of game breaking bugs and glitches. Whoever play tested this either lied to the developers or simply were delusional when they green lit it. Fire them. Bugs: (THERE IS A LOT) 1. When you die in CO-OP, whoever isn't host, the players have a high chance to spawn at the very beginning of the game regardless of progress. Solution for players: Have the host travel to a checkpoint and have them stay there and have the other player(s) leave and come back and hope for the best. 2. When you re-join the game in CO-OP, joining/reoccurring players inventories always despawn. Solution: Beat the game in one sitting OR place your inventory into a nearby storage to collect later. 3. The Quetzalcoatlus can attack and fly through structures. Upon death it appears alive still. Solution: Speed run the Aviary. Avoid LOS of the dinosaurs in it. 4. Grapple hooks are way too janky and unpredictable. Cannot grapple mid air sometimes. The marker itself also GETS STUCK in the middle of your screen. Solution: Reload the game. 5. Dinosaurs respawn way too fast despite area secure tasks being completed. Solution: Just don't die. That way you don't have to go through it again. If you do die though, simply ask for help or hope you had reserves in your nearby storage. 6. The amount of rocks that you can fall through are everywhere within enclosures. Solution: Avoid large rock formations. Do not try to glitch past areas not designed for traversing. 7. The oxygen tank that's supposed to give you extra air is null after reloading the game. Solution: Beat the game in one sitting. 8. Tasks constantly reset regardless of single player or CO-OP run. Solution: Beat the game in one sitting. 9. Infrastructure is incomplete in the Dilophosaurus Den, so you can just skip a whole area by going to one of the viewing pens. You can't miss it. Solution: There isn't one. It's just a big hole. 10. Health Stims that you find do not work after reloading the game. Solution: There isn't one. 11. Park Maps from information booths do not stay with you after leaving the game. Just do not bother with maps to be honest except your current area map. Map Kiosks are your friend. Solution: Beat the game in one sitting. 12. Monorails are unpredictable and you can glitch out of them if positioned poorly. Solution: Stand in the middle or at the front. Avoid the back. 13. Gate doors that appear closed are actually open and doors that are actually open are in fact closed. There is no way of telling until you run into them. Hosts can see what is what though. Solution: Like I said, just run into them and hope for the best or simply ask whoever's hosting. 14. The golden statues do not count sometimes and are unpredictable if they'll actually show up on the stands resulting in loss progress and campaign being stuck due to it being essential for continuation. Solution: Finding another golden statue seems to make the other ones appear again. 15. Dinosaur animations are inconsistent. Having a sleeping dinosaur sliding at you at full speed, although hilarious, is rather annoying when trying to shoot it or see it in the first place. Solution: Max out your volume and do your best to hear the dinosaur snore. 16. The Baryonyx absorbs grenades and causes said grenades to disappear entirely, especially the two in the maintenance area within the Deinosuchus underwater tubes. Solution: Save your grenades, just shoot them. 17. Resource regeneration respawn way too often. Although nice to have an abundance of crafting materials, the sheer amount you collect as you progress, makes the game less challenging and breaks immersion. "Oh no my steaks too juicy and my bread is buttered". Solution: Just ignore them when they respawn. Or just don't care and go crazy. 18. Shooting at a dinosaur in close range is hit or miss as the weapon, especially the rifle, sometimes shoots through them rather than their hitbox. Solution: Shoot and kill it at long range before it gets close to you. 19. Pulling levers can sometimes indicate that you've activated them, but in reality they haven't and the animation proceeds anyways which causes you to just stand there waiting for something to happen. Solution: Step back from the lever and wait 10 seconds and try again. 20. The host sometimes has a different time of day than that of their CO-OP partners. Solution: Have the players reload the game. -There are probably more, but these are what my friends and I encountered during our playthrough. Any additional bugs I'll add onto here as updates get pushed out...hopefully. Pro's: 1. Dinosaurs, marine reptiles, and pterosaurs. What more could you ask for. 2. Compelling story with beautiful graphics. Side Notes: To everyone in the art/coding department. The art direction, mechanics, and story were phenomenal. Thank you for making and being apart of such a nostalgic game that itched my inner childhood. The models were great. To the lead executives/producers. Please do some self reflection. I'm disappointed. This game could have been gold and you rushed it. Plus pricing it at $20 at the state that it's in? Get over yourselves.

This game shouldn't have been released until it was finish, im tired of gaming companies releasing games and then working on fixing them while the game is running

This game has a great concept, one that I really was looking forward to playing. We loaded in and got about 30 minutes into the game and it crashed. Loaded up my save, my buddy joins me again only to find that the gun he had is now gone. The save should have saved both my stuff and his but it only saved mine. The first encounter of dinosaurs we came into were also a little glitched. They came charging, we shot them, they go to sleep and disappear right in front of you but you still hear them now sleeping.. This game has so much potential and yet honestly is no where near ready for players sadly. Maybe in the future we will return to Prehistoria but for now, I've gone to guest services and requested our tickets be refunded.

Oh boy - where does one begin with an experience like this one? Unlike other players, I don't hate this game because it failed to meet impossible, heaven-high AAA expectations. Nor do I care that I couldn’t use the slides (its amusing that this was a deal-breaker for so many! as we have plenty of "poolrooms" games if you just want to simulate using a bunch of cool slides). In fact, I don't hate this game at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the maps, the actual theme-park was executed as well as it could be without be jurassic park/world-derivative. I also appreciate the genuine love and craft that went into building Clawed. However, it has glaring structural issues that brought me to the absolute brink of (figurative) violence. What I don't like are the nightmarishly-employed cartography mechanics (which to me, are one of the primary characteristics of the entire experience - which is bloody weird) built into the gameplay. To reverse-engineer a single task, one is forced to juggle two or three different maps simultaneously while referencing a completely separate map-legend document (usually the legends are ON the maps). It creates tedious operational overload when i should be exploring the park NOT figuring out the map (its like a broken SNL sketch). I also don't love the choice to give some dinosaurs total free-roam of the park when the AI isn't savvy enough to make that free-roam look natural (watching them clamber onto the edge of a sidewalk is catastrophic). Aside from the raptors, which can stay as they are (they're too stealthy for me to catch them acting stupid-which is admittedly awesome), the rest of the dinosaurs act clunky (but look fantastic!) and need to be reconsidered. They would have looked vastly more appealing on pre-rendered paths and scripted animation loops. Choosing to turn the core game into a series of fetch-quest missions was a novice choice, especially because it is rather hit-or-miss in this case. Sometimes these fetch quests feel organic and integral to the unfolding story, while other times they feel like tedious, immersion-breaking padding. The total lack of clear instruction, combined with the inability to clearly infer information from a convoluted multi-map system, left me on the verge of rage-quitting during what should have been totally innocuous moments (e.g. searching for a switch-which took 1.5 hours!). I still recommend it for the environmental craft, but be prepared to fight the mechanics just to figure out your next objective. Luckily this is an early access game with a developer who seems to both care about his project and the community reaction to it. SO imagine that most of my issues will be resolved or at least smoothed out within the coming months. There's a fantastic experience to be had here but in its current manifestation one only gets glimpses of it. In its current state: 6/10 but there is great potential for it to grow into an 8/10 by the time of full-release.

Has great potential but is in such a buggy terrible state, I cannot recommend it. I was able to get past loot disappearing on the ground, clipping, coop game's not saving your stuff, occasional crashing.. But the nail in the coffin was being on a railcar, and it decided to stop halfway through a door to which we were unable to reach the controls because the door blocked them. having us to restart the game, in which we lost everything. Please save your money until they decide to fix this game.

I can't wait to play this once its updated and running properly, but as of right now, it's unplayable... I have a 4080 Super, and an AMD 9800x3d, and the game stutters like its at 5 Fps when i look around sometimes, even on low Graphics settings.. This needs some serious optimization work. Unplayable. Decided to deal with the above issue, and ran into all kinds of bugs...Lost inventory, power not being on after turning it on, mission objectives not updating and resetting, checkpoints not updating, Menu option control bugs, and much more.. This needs a looooot of work. I'm sorry, I am really looking forward to this game, and am not trying to be negative, but this is not even worthy of release as it stands...

If you're wanting to buy this now I would wait till the devs fix the bugs. The amount of time I had to unsoftlock myself was absurd. The gameplay loop is also very boring, you go into sanctuary kill the dinos in your way and press a lever. Was expecting more from this game as it looked like something new and fun, but is just a buggy mess. No hate to the devs but they should have put more time into the game if you want people to have a good time.

Okay this is actually really sad as I can see the potential but the game developers have just lost the ball hard. The level design is awful, there are several long areas that serve no purpose whatsoever and then you have to run back. Elevators that go up to a lookout with nothing there to look at and then have to go down again. When you die you lose your items into a bag next to your respawn so you have to pick up things again one and one, why drop your things if you are going to be able to pick them up again right away? In a tedious way also. If you get hit by a pachy your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stun locked to death so if your not pushed into safty good luck. I only saw one real puzzle as far as me and my friends got and it was not a good one. It was fun at first with friends but the more we played we realised it was only because we were there. We could have played Helldivers 2 or something else. The inventory is not saved when you logout for any others but the host. Really? If you do something like that, have the items gathered in a lockbox or something. Key bindings don't work and you can lose the ability to jump. There is a box with glass that has no collision so we could walk true to the glass. The slider's ladders got a blocker around it to prevent you from going up to it…in the middle of the map where you walk? Realy? This game is 20 euro? I feel robbed. Worst part is I can see the potential, I am just not sure I trust the developers to be able to fix this considering they thought this was good enough for a release.
