Beating Crash Bandicoot is an achievement in and of itself. The gameplay feels straight out of the end of the 90's. Crash handles terribly and devs are pretty sadistic when it comes to placing traps and enemies. While the games arent intrinsically bad, there are always one or two gimmicks that are absolutly horrendous to suffer through : - Crash 1 : lightless levels, suspended bridge levels - Crash 2 : ice sliding, having to back track for gems and the jetpack levels. Jetpacks levels are especially terrible. - Crash 3 : racing levels (boat or car)... Boat feels like a car, car (or bike ? I dont recall) feels like a boat. It's interesting as it clashes completly with the way some tutorials are introduced to the player. Because it shows the devs back in the days were actually players too. They knew how to make a game. So them putting these deathtraps and adding stupid gimmicks is an actual decision to mess with the player. Saw an interview about how they were trying to work around 3D bringing in too much freedom to the player, so they wanted to add constraints on time, visibility, etc. While it is an interesting perspective, sometimes it felt actually very frustrating instead of entertaining. In the end, the remaster just does what it advertised : a new coat of paint. And it does look great while keeping the original game's aesthetics. The soundtrack is also very, very good. The overal presentation is as high quality as it was when the game released 20 years ago. It's not a technical marvel though. (unlike CB1 was). I'd recommend the game if you're looking for an OG experience. Otherwise, it sometimes feels closer to a die and retry and unless you're attracted to these types, well you're going to have a bad time.

best game for drinking game recommend my own version which is 1 sip if death, tnt death (2 sips) and aku aku 1 shot if nitro death, game over and 1 extra life you may add own funny spin but only if you are strong enough for it

Esse jogo me fez voltar para os anos 2000. É nítido que houve uma melhoria gráfica, mas tanto as fases quanto a jogabilidade estão idênticas às da série original, isso só prova como a série Crash Bandicoot é incrível, pois é divertida de jogar 30 anos depois do lançamento inicial. Sem dúvida, um dos melhores remakes que eu já vi, essa coletânea é obrigatória para todos que jogaram Crash Bandicoot nos anos 2000 pelo PS1 e desejam reviver um pouco daquela nostalgia. O único ponto negativo é não ter legendas em nenhum idioma, mesmo tendo poucos diálogos. Uma ótima opção para quem ainda está aprendendo a jogar videogame ou já é apaixonado por jogos de plataforma.

Reviví mi infancia y aunque el juego se pone bastante estresante de igual forma es divertido. Le saque su platino en poco tiempo solo es tener paciencia y voluntad.

Fué, es y será el mejor juego que tuve en la infancia. Y ahora ya de adulto y con los graficos al máximo se disfruta mucho mejor, larga vida a Crash

¡Me encanta este remake! Es un juego hermoso, magníficamente rehecho, con diseños y animaciones increíbles, y disfrutable de principio a fin. Aunque no es una copia idéntica a la trilogía original, respeta su esencia y se siente genial. El rendimiento es óptimo y mantiene esa mezcla perfecta entre ser súper divertido y desquiciadamente frustrante. Mi única sugerencia para la perfección total sería agregar el botón de "reiniciar nivel" en el modo estándar para facilitar la meta del 100% en cada nivel, junto con más animaciones de muerte para Coco y mayor variedad de Game Over. Fuera de ese pequeño detalle, el trabajo que hicieron rehaciéndolo es sensacional. +100% recomendado.

В детстве мало игр довелось сыграть, но пару раз в Крэша я сыграл, было приятно немного поиграть спустя столько лет. Не тру фанат и не думаю что буду фулл проходить, чисто побегал немного повайбил и достаточно. В то время это хорошо очень было, да и сейчас играется неплохо, жаль в силу возраста игры, на дуалсенсе поиграть нельзя, а от иксбокса геймпада нет, пришлось на клаве-мыши отчего менее удобно конечно играется.
