Well-ported Turn-Based SRPG originally released in 2003. Runs smoothly even on a potato PC. Fun nostalgia trip.

Awesome game! this is not the definitive version of Disgaea 1 but its the port of PS2/PSP Disgaea Afternoon of Darkness. It plays really well on Windows PC and on SteamOS. Still plays awesome even after 10 years. Recommended!

It's a really good port of a great game, it's just... the Disgaea 1 Complete edition is a thing, so if you happen to own a Switch or PS4/5 you'd be better off getting that one instead since it comes with updated graphics and some seriously useful QoL features. Would be nice if they could offer it as a DLC for the PC version...

Jogo excelente. Jogo estratégico com ótima cadência, história cativante. Apenas por ser um jogo antigo, o griding acaba sendo muito severo, levando horas do gameplay só em farm e level up.

The first entry in the series although mechanically lacking against it's predecessors in the series is just fine the way it is, It would definitely be the starting point if you're getting into the series cause the QoL in later games makes this feel like a slog. The story, characters, humor, music all hit for me. This one in particular set itself apart from the rest because of the cast and how they interact with each other. like all the Disgaea games you can complete the story 30-40 hours or even sooner, The game continues with dopamine hits from getting your numbers into the millions and even billions.

It's meh A game like this could really benefit from having Mog as a playable character. 3.21/10 won't demon waifu again
