I can only speak for Career Mode as I don't play the brainrotted ping-pong game-mode that is Ultimate Team, but I have to say that the gameplay on Authentic does feel the best it ever has. Players slide and slip, the CPU tackles, makes fouls, pulls your shirt, takes you down and it generally has a better overall footballing feel to it than most other EA FCs. The transfers and contracts are incredible and a massive upgrade. With that said: How on Earth can you charge upwards of 100 bucks for a game that is THIS filled with bugs? For starters it wouldn't let us launch the game unless you uninstalled just about every other anti-cheat on your PC. There's audio bugs, visual bugs, and so on... There are bugs that have existed for years (blue eyebrows I'm looking at you) that you still haven't fixed, lmao. BUT! The biggest monstrosity? The UI. What the f*ck is this Ultimate Team inspired UI? It takes away any immersion you might have had. I don't want to look at grey cards with 0 info, I want to see my players morale, the nationality, etc. Give it a more footballing feel. Why does the UI progressively somehow get worse? Incredible.

Rebranded EAFC 26. Same Cutscenes, same menus, same art, same movement AND, best of all, same glitches. Just plopped a 27 at the end and added new music and a lackluster "grounds" hub.

This game is an absolute mess. It has exactly ZERO quality control before getting released. The bugs, glitches and all the other stuff going wrong while playing are so obvious that I'm actually wondering if the devs have ever played their own game? The developers are either extremely incompetent or just dont care anymore... given they ever cared at all. I would never release a game like that knowingly. I'd be ashamed letting the public play something like that. Embarrassing. You guys have a year between games to fix bugs and glitches, polish animations and so on but you do nothing. Nobody expects you to reinvent the wheel each year but POLISH YOUR GAME. So many faults have been transferred from the last game. How? How can you not notice the substandard state of your game? I can't explain this to myself other than the devs having 0 pride in what they do. Disgusting. Shame on you all.

30 mins was enough to make me realise, another year another IQ test. Do not buy this full price. FOMO isn't real, its a psyops - you know when you get it on sale you are still going to be able to catch up to players who aren't spending obscene amount of money in an expiring game. Its the same game, with same gameplay, and same cancerous toxic community of knobheads. Go play 17 if you want to play a football game not this soulless bs UPDATE: If you buy the ultimate edition to play early, you will not be able to refund the game. I’ve been trying to refund it and get my £80 back since my review with no luck. As it turns out due to the in-game rewards claimed by the ultimate edition, Steam is unable to issue a refund. They ask you to contact EA who then redirects you to Steam because their “tool” is unable to “validate” purchase (♥♥♥♥ knows what that means). Well played EA.

This game is the epitomy of human greed, one year to develop a game that is somehow worse than the previous year, gameplay feels awful, graphics look the same, matches still feel like tennis matches where no team holds the ball for more than 10 seconds, ea should be ashamed that this is all they could do. every year we are told that they have listened to us and will make changes and each year like the suckers we are we buy this again and again.

为了我玩了近30年的FIFA游戏，第一次写评论：实在是太失望了。敷衍的剧情，无法跳过的画面，莫名的闪退，失真的物理引擎，各式各样的bug……够了，真的够了。它像格斗游戏，像射击游戏，像集卡游戏，唯独不像真正的足球游戏。年年买，都咬着牙坚持了，今年上线1个小时，选择了退款。因为实在不想再为难自己，去支持这样一款游戏了，如果我再选择支持，那就是一种纵容，它不会变好，只会更糟。希望EA可以真正关注足球本身，我们因为热爱足球，才选择玩足球游戏，而不是因为爱游戏，才玩足球游戏。也希望有其他的厂商可以做出真正可以叫板FC的佳作。

Same old game marketed and sold as new. 3day of early access and I found bugs in game which was in fc 26. Just fooling around for years and patching and selling same old game as new. This company should be awarded as the 'best scamsters of the decade' Same menu bugs and glitches which was in FC 25 and FC 26. WOW!!! To Implement the manual through balls and long balls, they just had to change few numbers and codes. It is just done in a single patch. To earn huge money this greedy company launched a whole new game 'FC 27' Now we fools will eagerly wait for FC 28 too.

Самый идиотский античит, который я когда-либо встречал. Чтобы просто запустить эту помойку, я, по мнению разработчиков, должен снести половину приложений со своего компьютера. Может, мне ещё Windows переустановить, BIOS перепрошить и компьютер освятить, чтобы получить возможность поиграть? И самое смешное, что после всех этих танцев с бубном тебя всё равно ждут катки с читерами. Гениальная система: обычным игрокам создаём максимум неудобств, а читерам, судя по всему, особо не мешаем. Уважаемые разработчики, мой компьютер — это не ваша собственность, и я не собираюсь подстраивать всю свою систему под криво реализованный античит ради сомнительного удовольствия поиграть в ваш продукт. Категорически не рекомендую это недоразумение к покупке. Поберегите свои деньги, нервы и, самое главное, драгоценное время. Есть масса других игр, которые хотя бы не требуют провести генеральную уборку компьютера ради кнопки «Играть»
