Great! Good combat, really fun in coop, addictive. I hope there'll be updates and more content, and a loot system or more traditional RPG elements would fit naturally (quests, an overworld, inventory with loot and selling it).

Repetitive, and the redeeming parts like upgrading equipment take way too long or arent rewarding enough, i think its still redeemable but i wouldnt give them your money unless i saw serious commitment out of the devs.

Hats off to the creators for giving us cross platform compatibility with Quest users. It's unfortunately quite rare. Seems very well optimised and will run great on any VR-ready rig. Goes without saying but make sure you have enough space in your room before you play though. I've definitely punched my table a few times. Only slight downside is it feels like there haven't been any updates. But I'm a defender of if it's not broken, don't fix it, so it's not a big deal to me.

this is the best dungeon co-op game in vr. I have been wanting a diablo or dungeon siege style game for vr and this game comes pretty close, the only thing it really lacks is a complete story. there is the loot hunt, potions, cosmetics to to chase after. it has different modes and difficulty setting for each run. it even has a sandbox mode. i have 100s of hours in this game on quest and is hands down my favorite co-op game. the devs continue to support and update the game and are very active in the player community

8 years old, 1986, me playing Dungeons and Dragons with my friend on the patio, d20 in hand. 1992: Lawnmower Man is out on Cinema, I wonder if I will ever experience VR in my lifetime. 2026: Playing Dungeons of Eternity, I am going 48 years old, daughter 6, coop. This game is beyond anything I imagined :)

Excellent melee and ranged fun, very arcadey. Good for for a quick co-op dungeon run with no wait. Been playing for years with the wife nightly.

J'adore ce jeu .... je voudrai y jouer plus souvent MAIS ... je veux gerber après 15 minutes de jeu ... je transpire, je ne me sens vraiment pas bien je fais des malaises .... bref le mal des transports me prend à une vitesse incroyable sur les jeux VR . si vous n'etes pas sujet à ce mal comme mes gosses ... foncez ;) Et je ne me vois pas prendre un touristil 1heure avant chaque session de jeu ...

The VERY short version is that the many scratches in my wall and ceiling from swinging swords in a panic is a testament to how fun this game is. I play this game almost daily, as does my wife and we both have some knuckle damage.. :) Read on if you must but really worth the cost...excluding spackle and paint. The TLDR is that DofE is fun, pretty, immersive, controls work, well balanced, rewarding for both loot and emotional. Fun solo, REALLY fun with others. good active discord community for matchmaking if you like that sort of thing. Long version: Pretty and immersive is subjective but every one I have played with has stopped to look around to marvel plus we have all and continue to jump and scream at the mimics. So...that should be a good sign for you. Controls work, well I really can only speak to the Valve Index but there are zero glitches. Smooth as can be. I do have friends with other headsets and they have not complained so I assume they are getting a similar excellent experience. Balanced, so well balanced. For every Dungeon you enter, you chose the difficulty (of enemies type, strength and room hazards) but it always offers a recommendation based on who is in the party and it is very accurate. Accurate in the sense that if you buy this and play with other new people or with long time players, either way if the recommended level is chosen the new people will not hold the others back and the vets will not be bored. At the recommended level your heart rate will be up and you likely finished the mission. Loot and Rewards, I should have started with this. I always find new loot when you open a chest and you keep it even if you die...wow. New weapons, New perks, new cosmetics. Finishing every mission is a run back to your home area to see what you got. Back to being balanced, if a vet takes a noob around at a lower level, there may be less loot but it is still given as the players higher level so vets get good stuff too at low levels. I do play solo some times but I have a group of friends who play as well so I do not use the community much BUT my discord notifications are endless stream of people opening a dungeon letting others join. Another thing the devs did right, you do not need to wait for a full squad, if you want to play with others, just go in multi-players and have at er, your friends (or community people if you chose) can join in on the fly. Such a well crafted game, other Devs need to check this out to learn how to do VR right.
