Each hunt has its own fully handcrafted environment and story to tell. Discover clues, follow maps, solve puzzles, and survive harsh environments all while uncovering unspoken mysteries.
Only the greatest supernatural hunters will stand a chance of slaying the beast. Many have tried, many have failed. You will need to use all your stops to win this battle of wills. Hunt smart.
Scavenge for extra ammo, cameras, traps, meat, and other helpful resources to assist with the hunt. An expert hunter will find a way to get the job done with the options presented to them.
Traps and cameras are a vital part of a supernatural hunter’s arsenal. Place them whenever, wherever, and however you like in order to have eyes anywhere on the map. But be careful, you never know what might be looking at you on the other end.
Play hunts and take contracts together with full online multiplayer co-op with an unlimited number of friends. Gather your hunting party, strategize together, and unlock the secrets of the forest with your friends.
Take what you have learned and gathered, then head back to the Fortress, where you can unlock and purchase new gear to help you in the next hunt. Be careful though, if you die in a hunt, you don't always bring everything back…
Even after discovering all the creatures Folklore Hunter has to offer, there is always someone out there willing to hire expert hunters for new jobs! Take a contract from the notice board at the Fortress and complete a randomized hunt where no two expeditions are the same.

This game had so much potential. Played through the whole game with a couple of friends and loved it. However, true to form, yet another indie game that could of gone somewhere has been seemingly abondoned by the devs because they want to pursue some dumb concept which sounds like a rip-off of lethal company but underwater - a concept which has already been realised in games like Darkwater. I really hope the devs realise this game is worth updating.

1) Данная игра это крепкий средняк, в ней есть 3 главы связанные с Вендиго, вампиром и человеком-мотыльком. 2) Если разбирать каждую главу по отдельности то лучшая глава на мой взгляд это про вампира, так как в ней, ты по настоящему сражаешься с монстром, ведь каждая ночь это борьба за выживание, можно использовать капканы, камеры и окружение. Так же стоит уточнить, что в других главах тоже есть капканы и камеры но они там для галочки и не работают так, как надо. 3) Глава про Вендиго это средний уровень качества, как писал выше, капканы и камеры не нужны от слова совсем. Ведь Вендиго просто так не убьешь, поэтому надобность даже в оружии отпадает, если только отгонять выстрелами но аптечек на карте много. Единственный хороший плюс этой главы в том, что если долго бродить по карте то она меняется. 4) Ну и последняя глава которая есть на данный момент это про человека-мотылька. Если кратко то это полный провал, ведь тебя ведут за ручку по сюжету, этого можно не замечать но карта так сделана что ты в любом случае не потеряешься и придешь к финалу, где вот сюрприз есть на выбор 2 концовки, чего не было в прошлых главах ну просто вау! Все снаряжение в виде огнестрела которое ты находишь по пути, вообще не нужно. Надо буквально из точки А прибежать в точку B попутно читая записки и включать вышки для отпугивания противника. Поэтому в этой главе твой лучший друг это аптечка и больше ничего. 5)Если говорить о графике то она хорошая, но в тоже время и плохая. включая игру даже на ультра без DLSS или FSR игра очень мыльная, но может это у меня только такая проблема. По завершению обзора скажу так: игра не стоит своих денег, только если по скидке за рублей так 300-400 ведь как писал в самом начале это средняк еще и не для всех. Поэтому покупать вам или нет решайте сами.
